I'm not sure what the problem is. I have tightened all bolts and even put WD-40 everywhere I can get to, and it still squeaks. The squeaking is coming from the inside of the seatplate (the part with the lever under the seat). It sounds like a solid tight spring that's not greased, so every time I shift my weight it squeaks and creeks (kind of like an old door opening or closing). The only time it does not squeak as much is when I sit more towards the front of the seat (not all the way back), in which case my back does not even touch the lumbar support. I don't think it's weight related. It says the chair supports up to 300 lbs. My weight is 234 lbs. Other than that, the assembly was very easy and overall the chair is sturdy. The seat cushion is soft and comfortable. The lumbar support doesn't seem to stay in place when it's moved up. After a while it will slide down some. I think it would be better for it to have some kind of locking mechanism to stay in place. I do think this chair is a bit overpriced. ** EDIT ** : Seller has contacted me after leaving my review. I changed my rating from 3-Star to 4-Star to make up for their excellent after-sale customer support. I was given a full refund for the chair, and customer support was very speedy and friendly :)

I heard no blue words when my husband was putting it together, the said there were no issues and it went together quickly. It comfortable. I use it in a craft room, and the seat height adjusts well for the different heights in the room. It has a large seat. I like that I can push the arms up, makes lap needle work much easier.

I bought 3 of these for the office. Setup time was about 5-10 mins each. The team loves them especially the armrests that can be easily moved up and away as desired. The biggest user I have is 200+ lbs standing about 5’,11” and he says he’s comfortable. The cushion is comfortable and the back has adjustable lumbar support.

Love this chair and super easy to put together. Large seat, lumbar support, adjustable seat height. Only on drawback. The arms do not have height adjustment. They are kind of like an airplane armrest. Down or up. That’s the two choices. So while I’m using the chair with the armrests down they hit my desk so I have to sit further away from my computer screens and mouse. Other than that the chair is very very very nice! Great price too!
