Good thing I did, this chair is really good. It is comfortable for long meetings, the armrests are perfect for my boney elbows, and the chair height is just perfect for working on my kitchen island table. The mesh back is good to allow the ac through when I get heated in a meeting. Also, these armrests actually fold all the way upward, which is awesome and perfect for guitar players. I found this to try as a cheap chair for my new desk and gaming computer setup. I have a small room and I love that the arms fold up so I can push it under my desk. It looks cool with the white and grey. I will say a lot of it is made of plastic, but thick and pretty sturdy feeling. The pivot point it leans backwards at feels a little too far back somehow and took a little getting used to but is actually quite comfortable if you have a spot to put your feet up. The cushion could be cushier but it’s not terrible. I did not use the wheels this chair comes with I also purchased some roller blade style wheels for my carpet. People have complained that this chair feels very tall and they are right. I am 6’ tall was touching the ground with my tippy toes so that would be something to consider. That leads me to what i found VERY IMPRESSIVE about this purchase- This company that is located somewhere in China reached out as soon as I received the chair…They asked if I was happy with it and offered a shorter support tube to lower the height. I said yes and I had the new tube days later. I didn’t even have a chance to complain- very cool! Great customer service and it is much better thank you! A lot of these cheap Amazon chairs show bad reviews but this one doesn’t have many and I think it’s well deserved. I didn’t want to spend the big bucks for a name brand chair. This one is doing everything I needed it to so for that and the customer service I would give it 5 stars.

For the price, this is a really good chair. The parts came well packaged and assembly was really easy and straightforward with the pictures in the manual and included tool. The seat on this chair is really beefy and comfortable compared to some other chairs which is a plus for long sitting sessions. I am 6 foot 2 inches and the back rest is also a good height to ensure decent posture throughout the day. I have a standing desk and use the chair when in sit down mode or to rest my knee on when standing. I like that the arms pivot up all the way which makes being tucked into the desk easy or if I want to rest my knee on half the chair (during assembly, you have to ensure you don't tighten the bracket bolts too much or the arms won't move easily). When I am standing, the chair fits perfectly under the desk and doesn't take up any room. Highly recommend this chair!

Bought two in the gray and white combination. They are very attractive in our home office but beyond that, they are amazingly comfortable. I knew the minute I sat in the first chair that it was going to be perfect. We sit in our office chairs some days for hours and the last office chair I spent more money on gave me bursitis in my hip due to the poorly cushioned seat. The seat is what sold me on these chairs. It is thick and firm, not squishy, and it is clear it will last. The lumbar region support is great and the minute you sit in this chair, you'll understand the benefits of its being ergonomic. My only negative comment is the lack of clear, concise instructions for the assembly! I have assembled many office chairs with very few issues but struggled mightily with the first of these two chairs, attaching the arms incorrectly and having to take them apart several times before getting it right. Getting the seat cushion lined up to the holes in the first chair took two of us. I will admit that the second chair went together far more easily. The factory had thought to designate right from left arms and their attachments by adding a bit of yellow tape to the two packages of the parts that went together. If only I had opened the boxes in reverse order, I would have been fine. Loved the Allen wrench with the handle!
