First of all, it's really easy to install but the base is a little heavy. I really like the soft part between the chair and the back. It helps a lot to back you up in a comfortable way to lay on the chair which I did not expect. I think the adjustable armrest is a great design on this chair since this design can handle most of the user's requirements in any situation. The leather texture of the armrest is okay for me but if it could be changed to plastic, it might stay longer. Overall, I like the curve of the ergonomic chair. The mesh is nice and tight and is comfy to sit on. Lumbar support is good. I was a little hesitant to buy a chair off Amazon but it it's a good deal. I like that the arm rests can flip up and completely out of the way. Great chair for this price.
