The chair was fairly easy to assemble. But the casters don't roll like they should. So it scoots across the floor and scuffs it up if your are not careful. I decided to overlook that and just lift it when I needed to pull myself closer to the desk. Now the back rest leans too far back and I can't adjust it or reseat the bolts to tighten it and stabilize it. It is comfortable as far as the seat goes, soft, good cushion. I reached out to seller and they offered a few options to rectify the situation. They were very interested in making this right.

Purchased this chair as a gift to my seven year old grandson for his new desk. He loved it. The swivel arms were an important feature. The chair is comfortable but not sure it would be for a larger person for extended time periods. The assembly was super easy. Fasteners were segmented into separate compartments and clearly labeled which step in the process they were used. The allen wrench used for assembly actually had an ergonomic handle affixed. Instructions were easy to follow.

I bought this for myself for my at home office. The box arrived in perfect condition & the contents were all there. Do not throw the free tool away! Follow the (exact) directions and I had it unpacked and assembled in about 30 minutes on the floor sitting on the couch. Easy ! Chair is really comfortable & yes my girl friend took it from me after sitting in it for a few seconds... Ordering another 1 right now for me.

I wanted a decent chair for a low price and this is adequate for the $. The cushion is not very comfortable but I am not planning to sit in this 8 hours a day so it works for me as a computer chair in my small home office where I spend a couple hours/day. It is big enough to fit a normal sized adult, but small enough not to take up a ton of space. Flip up arms are great to enable pushing it all the way in under the desk. The mesh back is nice and airy. It attaches between the arm pieces so the entire chair tilts as one unit when you lean back - back does not tilt by itself (which is fine with me). You can lock or unlock that tilt feature. Other adjustment is height. If I were going to spend the entire day in my office chair, I would spend more $ and get something more comfortable, but this is what I was looking for, suits my purpose of decent chair, low price. Just put it together (very straightforward) so do not have input on durability/longevity.

Is not that simple to put together, first time that i have to screw some "legs" in a chair when 99% they bring in one piece. Don't know if mine is the only one with this problem but, the back part wouldn't align properly. When finally is all put together and sit down the chair feels like is going to break cause it have a bit of play. Cushion is a bit hard but that's great for long term, if don't break before. Like the design and the grey color looks cool. after all is a office chair. You get what you paid for.
