This is not a top end product in terms of being ergonomic and super comfortable. But offers good value for the price point. For example, the head rest is adjustable only vertically. You cannot adjust its tilt. Arm rests are not adjustable at all. Another example is the bottom seat. It is not a mesh seat, but it is very firm and comfortable. The installation is very straightforward, it took me about 20 minutes to put it together. No tool other than a hex key is needed, and it is included in the shipment. ... show more

The last chair I owned was much bulkier. It had a faux leather exterior which was starting to flake and tear off; so, it was time to replace it. What attracted me to this chair was the mesh breathable fabric and the headrest. I am happy to report that both lived up to expectations. Additionally, I found the headrest so comfortable that it exceeded those. Assembly was tool free (except for the included allen wrench) and was very easy. The hardest part was snapping the wheels into the ends of the legs. It took a bit of effort to get them in, and the sudden stop after pushing them in sent a nice little amount of feedback up my arm. Thankfully, there are only five wheels on the chair, but if you are building a lot of these for an office or something, maybe space out when you put the wheels on. I didn't find any other parts of the assembly frustrating or problematic and the included instructions were easy to follow. Sitting in the chair, I was immediately impressed by the comfort. I find the chair very pleasant looking in my home, and it doesn't look like it takes up much space, as opposed to my old chair that looked oppressive in how it sat against my desk. The only downside I can think of is that the width of the seat might be too narrow for some; the armrests could press into your thighs if you occupy a bit more space than others. As it is, I only notice them when shifting my weight from side to side as I reposition myself. Finally, the chair is very sturdy, and I'd guess that I'll be able to go years without replacing it again. ... show more

This chair is solid, basic yet has everything you would expect from a good office chair - a rocker-type recliner with stiffness adjustment, leather armrests, and breathable fabric. Armrests are fixed, but the height is right where it should be. All parts fit well, excellent assembly manual makes putting it together an easy task. All bolts have a thread locker applied to prevent loosening during operation. Overall parts fit well with no loose connections or undesirable gaps. Lumbar support along with whole back support can be taken off for washing which is definitely a plus. The headrest is comfy, however, the plastic on it looks pretty rough and cheap. But the headrest is the only minor remark on this chair. Everything else is excellent. Given its reasonable price point, it is a great value chair. ... show more
