This high-back executive chair is an absolute dream come true for anyone working from home. I’ve tried several office chairs over the years, but none compare to the comfort and support this one offers. The quilted backrest looks sleek and feels amazing against my spine, while the built-in footrest is a total game changer for those long afternoons. The faux leather is surprisingly soft and durable—it’s easy to clean and has held up perfectly even with daily use. I was worried about assembly, but the instructions were clear, and I had it set up in under 30 minutes. The wheels roll smoothly on my carpet, and the base feels incredibly sturdy. If you’re looking for a chair that combines style, comfort, and value, this is it. I’ve already recommended it to my coworkers, and I’m sure you’ll love it too. Five stars without a doubt

Just arrived today and just now put together. I will say for a senior citizen as I am this was very easy to put together, Instructions were perfect. Everything lined up. I only wish I had help putting the back onto the seat but I did it. Works as it should for what I tried. The lumbar is going to really help as I work from home and up to 12 hour days. Nice seat size, extra room. Fabric is nice. This chair does not go up as high as I was thinking but it is comfortable. Tomorrow will be a long day working and I think I will be comfortable as well as the lumbar for my back!!! Fantastic Chair!!!!

I love this chair so much. I am 5'5 and I didn't want a chair that was very tall in the back because I don't plan on using a headrest and if we are being honest most people don't. I got my kids gaming chairs and they have a tall back on them with headrest, and they never use it. I thought this might be too short for my back and would not be comfortable but oh how I was wrong it is just the right height for me and my back is supported. As for someone who is really tall I might not consider this chair. I do work from home and gaming, and this is my go-to chair now that I have been using for few weeks now. It was easy to put together and feels very sturdy and is very WELL padded. Does not squeak when rocking back and forth at all. I don't know what others are talking about I am over 200lbs, and this chair is great for me. At this price point I would say get the chair you will be happy with your purchase.

It's an office chair much like most of the others out there. Remember, this is not an expensive chair, so don't expect full luxury. Basically, it is nothing special. The Pros: The PU leather (Pleather) material is soft, supple and decently thick and the padding is okay. The diamond stitching is an elegant addition. We went with the coffee color and it is a nice, rich, darker brown. Assembly was straight forward and pretty easy, especially if you have put an office chair together before. The flip up armrests are a nice feature, but i don't really see me flipping them up much. But, if I want to, I can. The adjustable lumbar support, again is a nice feature as it allows you to tailor the comfort and feel to your preference. It is more of a set it and forget it feature for me. the chair rolls nice and seems to be of decent quality. On par with some of the chairs we have purchased from some of the office supply stores throughout the years. The Cons: I found the chair to be very low, even at the highest adjustment. I felt a little small behind my desk. ALL of the other office chair we have go higher. I like to sit higher than the people on the other side of my desk, that is not possible with this chair. Comparing the hydraulic cylinder with some of our other chairs, the cylinder in this chair is noticeably shorter. Luckily, the cylinder shaft and base were the same diameter as the chairs we were replacing, so we swapped out the cylinders in the new chairs for the cylinders in the old chairs. That made a huge improvement in height. We did not notice any significand reduction in cylinder power, even with heavier individuals sitting it it. So I would say that these chairs have a standard duty hydraulic cylinder. As far as this chair being "Big & Tall", the lower seat height does not play into that at all. Also, that seat seems to be a standard width, not wider as one would expect with a "Big & Tall" advertised chair. I thought I was going to feel small in this chair, but it just seems like a standard chair made for short people. If you have long legs, you may want to look far a taller chair for better leg comfort. The seat and back recline together, not separately. I knew that when I bought them, but I just wanted to mention that. You can lock these so that they cannot recline, but you cannot lock them in a reclined position. the bracket under the seat is no thicker or more "heavy duty" looking than any standard duty chair. I do wish it had more adding in the middle and sides of the seat, it does tend to "deflate" in long sittings. My takeaway is that this is not a true "Big & Tall" chair. Nor is it "heavy duty". It is a nice chair, for this price point, but do not expect a taller person to sit comfortably. It looks and feels good, but does then to get flat when sat in for long periods.

This chair was a birthday gift for my son but he picked it out. He is elated with it. He says it is the perfect fit even though he weighs almost 300 pounds. He says it supports his body perfectly and is a great chair to do his office work from even though it is more of a gaming chair. Highly recommend this product.

I'm glad I chose this chair amongst the hundreds of options on Amazon. It's hard to beat this price! It's very comfortable and my rear doesn't go numb/sore after hours of gaming sessions like my old chair. It seems to be pretty well built and solid. No creaking noises either, although only time will tell if that'll be the case months down the road. My only gripe is that the reclining feature has to be broken in a little. Now that I've had it for a few weeks it's getting easier to lay back, but at first it was pretty stiff and a bit difficult to recline back. The "pump" lower lumbar feature is amazing too. I can pump it up and adjust the lower lumbar to as much as I want. I was able to put it together in about 40 minutes so that's a plus.

Cute chair. Looks nice a year later, but the cushion is worn and feels quite hard now.
