Even though the battery is fully charged and the scooter is powered on, it still won't start moving. This occurs because the product is currently in assistance start mode.You must first use your foot to assist the scooter, bringing its speed to 3 km/h before pressing the throttle. Slide the handlebar locking latch in the direction of the arrow to fold the handlebars.Pull out the silver locking pin on the scooter, pull out the orange folding lever, and press the black folding latch on the side to fold the body. What should I do if the handlebar wobbles and the locking latch feels loose after receiving the scooter? After adjusting the handlebar to your desired height, turn the locking latch outward a few times until you feel resistance, then lock it in place.
