    • Well but dependable hunting light
I will start out by saying wow. I can't believe how fast I received this light. I ordered the light and when I got home the following day it was on my porch. The light was well packaged, and the hard case was better than expected. I opened the case and saw that it came with many options. I was impressed with the packaging of the individual bulbs and other accessories. I mainly wanted the zoomable light to work with my night vision scope. The light was far superior compared to the factory light that came with the ATN x sight 2. I was amazed at how wide the beam was when it was focused all the way out. The light seemed to light up an area over 50 yards wide. The twist action that focused the beam was very smooth going in and out. The bulbs are very easy to change and the batteries hold a charge well and last for a respectful amount of hours. As you will see in the last section of the attached video, I was able to pair the IR bulb with my night vision scope. The IR bulb with the zoom function of the light worked great with the night vision of the scope. You will see a couple sets of eyes glowing in the night vision portion of the video where a couple deer were in the edge of the woods that I was able to get on video. The two provided mounts for the light to mount on a rail and on the scope also worked great. The clamp mount fit multiple scopes of mine and felt very secure. The pictures of the light across the field don't do the light full justice. The light is extremely bright. The warranty and craftsmanship gave me extra confidence when purchasing this light. Odepro is very responsive to messages and questions. I would recommend this light to anyone looking for a quality, light weight, multi purpose light. The extra O rings that come in the kit are a nice touch also. I can see this light being a reliable product for years to come. The media could not be loaded. A few years ago I purchased a Nitecore MH12 and I really thought that was a fantastic light that lit things up very well. At the time I spent over $100 for it. The two lights are like night and day! It is true the Nightcore is a little smaller but both lights are equally bright. The Nightcore is rated at 1,000 lumens and this one is rated at 900 lumens but both lights are equally bright when looking in the far off distance. They both reach out the same distance. This one has a feature that makes it so I can use with my nv. As far as getting the most for your money they are night and day. I'm going to try not to duplicate what others have said. As you can see in the video you can change the size of the beam by twisting it. I have another one that you just pull the tip and I like this better because it stays where I put it. But I don't want to waste your time reading the same thing so hopefully I'll point out some new and different things about this light. As you can see by the pictures the light came very well padded and the part I liked best was the fact that came with so many different attachments. It's not just a cover that covers the tip of the light to change the color, it's an actual light bulb. It’s very easily to change and use with my night vision. Just an all-around Superior view out of my night vision scope. Something I have not seen mentioned and I feel is important and says a lot about the light maker is the case it comes in. The clips that keep it shut are hinges and the back of the case has hinges, not flaps of plastic that will wear out and break after a short time. Just a thing that they thought of that will make this capable of carrying and protecting the light for many many years. The button on the back of the light is very easy to use and each time you push it a little bit or all the way, if you want, it changes the brightness and goes to a different mode. There are three levels of brightness, one quick strobe light for emergency, and one SOS. It is a very high-quality flashlight, not too overly heavy but heavy enough that you can feel it’s quality. I dropped it in some water and it did not leak. The zoom is effective and really nice to have! There is one petty thing I wish were different. I really wish it would come with a high quality custom holster so I would not have to search through Amazon to find a holster I think might fit. I would like one of those custom for this to carry the light. This is an awful minor thing that I had to scrape down deep to find because it is such a superior light and I really do love it a lot. For the money you get a lot of flashlight. If I had to choose one torch I would choose this one. It truly does it all. I highly recommend it. I have other torches that claim higher lumens but are not as bright as this one. ... show more

I haven’t gotten to hunt with this light yet but I am very impressed with it. I’ve checked cows and horses with it with the red and the white led both and it was great. The red out to 300 yards I could easily see them and pick up their eyes even further. The ability to change the LED module is super easy and very fast, no need for tools. In a matter of seconds you can go from one color to the next. The ability to mount it and zoom the light in and out is different from other lights I have used but works really well. It’s well made, neatly packaged, and for the money it will compare to a lot of the higher end lights I have used in the past. You can change the high medium and low on white only which I wish you could change it with all colors but still works, the battery life so far has been excellent. I haven’t had to charge it again since the initial charge and I’ve ran it off and on now for 5 days. It would be nice if it had a halo shield for it so it wouldn’t cast off light as bad. The ease of mounting it is easily done with the included mounts which function well. All in all it’s a great light and for the money it’s well worth it. I’d buy it again if I got another one. ... show more
