Customer service and online presence is very active, reputable, and vigilant about their product. Using mine right now to try to do some hiking before it rains — this light has been mounted on my picatinny rail system and has a universal mount and charger and 2 18650 batteries and an attachment for switch button for rifle attachment. Universal mount is fast and the light is extendable to change the spill of the light, and gets very concentrated or very wide depending on the orientation of the length. It is not as heavy as it looks and can take a few drops on some rocks without fearing the bevel being too low, exposing the lens too much. This is weighted very well, and is best in the longer, extended orientation. There are different modules for the lens and comes with a green, red and natural hue. This stuff is up there in quality and has pieces that are threaded that don’t need to be, but are for added security, and has extra long threading, avoiding any water intake to the battery. The spill is good and has modes that are changed by a second click on/off to switch all modes from safety, to rapid flash for stunning assailant/intruder vision, and for emergency purposes. This light could be, hands down, the only light you would need in the woods, camping Or for emergencies, with a solid warranty and customer service team that goes well beyond what we get with half of the other companies that take days to return an email (I get it though). Customer service and reps will talk to you, and “squad up” in the comments section all day, as long as they’re awake😳. These guys are a very quality company and especially for the money. It’s a rad light where quality is what speaks to me for this price especially. There is a lot included in this kit and it comes with a nice case that’s sized like a handgun storage container (they stack well together in the car). Additional notes — lens is telescopic and makes a wide spill or a very finely concentrated square. It will not telescope to be able to take 2 18650s with this kit but I don’t see why not, if there is an attachment that fits the threadings. Otherwise, you can carry an extra 18650 and replace it one at a time— and if this were to carry two batteries in a row, it would become a mag lite full size imo. Great grip, no sharp or hot spots including the grenulated bezel. It will sit on its button side or on its lens and will start to blink as the light gets low. This is a high quality light.

I purchased the Odepro KL52 kit for hunting, and it did not disappoint. It is somewhat of a complete package. It includes the flashlight, pressure switch, 4 LED modules (white, green, IR, and the red which was installed), 2 batteries, charger, and some mounts. The LEDs and drivers are mounted in brass pills which will help dissipate heat. Odepro used NANJG drivers in the modules. I would have liked to see better MCPCBs for the LEDs, but since they are not overdriving the LEDs they will suffice. Optically, the LEDs would focus fine, and light rings were minimal compared to many other flashlights I’ve used. When focusing, it took approximately 2 complete turns of the head to go from flood to focused beam. They tail switch worked as it should. The charger works but is nothing special, and the batteries tested near their rated 3000 mAh. I did not peel the wrapper off to identify what cells they are using. The anodizing is decent quality on the flashlight. Nitpicks: I have no use for the mounts. I’m sure some do, but I would have preferred an adjustable picatinny mount. The light came with the red LED module installed, and the extra modules came in labeled containers. It would have been nice to have one labeled for the red module when another module was used. Flashlight modders: This light will make a great host. It comes with 4 brass pills that can use a 16mm MCPCB and 17mm driver. The 850nm IR LED appears to be an Osram LED, and the white appears to be a cool tint XML2. I’m not sure about the red and green LEDs, but I would guess they are XPE2’s. The threads aren’t squared off, but they are smooth and came greased. The light has Lots potential as a host for modifications. Other than some minor points, this is a fairly complete package for hunters that performs well. I was able to clearly see 100 yards using the IR and my X-Sight scope, and it will probably be good out to 200-300 yards. I used the other LED modules to view a tree at my hunting camp that was 250 yards away, and the red, green, and white LEDs clearly lit it up. I could easily identify deer out to 350 yards with the white LED. In order to have usable light at further distances, a person would need to to modify it or buy more expensive lights that don’t come in a package such as this light. I’m happy with my purchase.

So I needed a new flashlight and wanted something versatile for everyday use and also for hunting. I decided on this light as hit has red and green as well as white. For those who know about lights at night, white creates temporary blindness or poor vision right after using it. Not good for boating or running around the woods and fields at night. It also comes with attachments to mount the light directly to your scope which makes it hands free. After hurricanes and other weather cancelled my scheduled hunts, I finally go to test this thing out last night hunting pigs along the river banks from the boat. The first thing my friends and I noticed was how bright the light is! It is an amazingly bright light. In fact, we stopped using our q-beam and used the Odepro in the green version as the haze in the air created too much glare with the white light. The green diode provided tons of bright light and really made the river markers pop for easy navigation. The best part is that there was no bright glare from the light. We tested the red as well and had the same bright light and again no blowback. Overall this light was packed with great features. It is a good size and fits in your hand well. The on/off switch is on the back of the light witch makes it easy to use. The switch isn't loud but if you needed stealth it does come with a silent switch for when mounted to your scope and rifle. In addition, the scope mount goes on and off easily for set up and removal if you transport your rifle in a case. The light came with a nice plastic slimline case that fit easily in my backpack for transport and protection of the extra diodes which are super easy to change even in the field. I would recommend a little bit of oil on the threads however if you are in a wet climate such as Florida! Glad I made this purchase and highly recommend for anyone looking for a highly versatile and bright light!

I have mixed feelings about this kit. I like the light itself, but the picatinny rail mounting ring and the company's quality control are not that good. Upon opening the box, I checked the contents and noticed there were no spare o-rings included, as the owner's manual says there should be. Also, the Picatinny rail mount is very low quality and appeared to have been dropped because there was a shiny sharp burr on the end of it. I had to file it down to smooth it out. But it’s still a very poor quality mount and doesn’t work well. I wound up purchasing a set of $15 Monstrum 30mm scope rings to use instead. Works much better! Everything else about this kit seems good. I purchased it primarily for the IR light, to use in addition to my night vision clip on. The IR light by itself is brighter than what is on the night vision unit, even at its highest setting. So for that reason, the Odepro is worth it. If I use the Odepro IR along with the night vision IR, I can get an even brighter view . The build quality of the light seems really good - well-machined aluminum. What you're paying for here is the light itself and the different color modules, two decent quality 18650 batteries, a charger, and a remote control connector that also seems to be of good quality. The mounts aren't all that great. If I was rating ONLY the flashlight, I'd probably give it 5 stars, but because of the quality control issues and the poor mount quality, I only gave a 4-star overall rating. I contacted the company to see if they'll send me o-rings. They responded promptly and have apparently shipped the o-rings. From China!

I will start out by saying wow. I can't believe how fast I received this light. I ordered the light and when I got home the following day it was on my porch. The light was well packaged, and the hard case was better than expected. I opened the case and saw that it came with many options. I was impressed with the packaging of the individual bulbs and other accessories. I mainly wanted the zoomable light to work with my night vision scope. The light was far superior compared to the factory light that came with the ATN x sight 2. I was amazed at how wide the beam was when it was focused all the way out. The light seemed to light up an area over 50 yards wide. The twist action that focused the beam was very smooth going in and out. The bulbs are very easy to change and the batteries hold a charge well and last for a respectful amount of hours. As you will see in the last section of the attached video, I was able to pair the IR bulb with my night vision scope. The IR bulb with the zoom function of the light worked great with the night vision of the scope. You will see a couple sets of eyes glowing in the night vision portion of the video where a couple deer were in the edge of the woods that I was able to get on video. The two provided mounts for the light to mount on a rail and on the scope also worked great. The clamp mount fit multiple scopes of mine and felt very secure. The pictures of the light across the field don't do the light full justice. The light is extremely bright. The warranty and craftsmanship gave me extra confidence when purchasing this light. Odepro is very responsive to messages and questions. I would recommend this light to anyone looking for a quality, light weight, multi purpose light. The extra O rings that come in the kit are a nice touch also. I can see this light being a reliable product for years to come. Buy with confidence that you will get a quality product at a great price point. Thanks Odepro for the quality product and I look forward to purchasing other products you all produce!

A few years ago I purchased a Nitecore MH12 and I really thought that was a fantastic light that lit things up very well. At the time I spent over $100 for it. The two lights are like night and day! It is true the Nightcore is a little smaller but both lights are equally bright. The Nightcore is rated at 1,000 lumens and this one is rated at 900 lumens but both lights are equally bright when looking in the far off distance. They both reach out the same distance. This one has a feature that makes it so I can use with my nv. As far as getting the most for your money they are night and day. I'm going to try not to duplicate what others have said. As you can see in the video you can change the size of the beam by twisting it. I have another one that you just pull the tip and I like this better because it stays where I put it. But I don't want to waste your time reading the same thing so hopefully I'll point out some new and different things about this light. As you can see by the pictures the light came very well padded and the part I liked best was the fact that came with so many different attachments. It's not just a cover that covers the tip of the light to change the color, it's an actual light bulb. It’s very easily to change and use with my night vision. Just an all-around Superior view out of my night vision scope. Something I have not seen mentioned and I feel is important and says a lot about the light maker is the case it comes in. The clips that keep it shut are hinges and the back of the case has hinges, not flaps of plastic that will wear out and break after a short time. Just a thing that they thought of that will make this capable of carrying and protecting the light for many many years. The button on the back of the light is very easy to use and each time you push it a little bit or all the way, if you want, it changes the brightness and goes to a different mode. There are three levels of brightness, one quick strobe light for emergency, and one SOS. It is a very high-quality flashlight, not too overly heavy but heavy enough that you can feel it’s quality. I dropped it in some water and it did not leak. The zoom is effective and really nice to have! There is one petty thing I wish were different. I really wish it would come with a high quality custom holster so I would not have to search through Amazon to find a holster I think might fit. I would like one of those custom for this to carry the light. This is an awful minor thing that I had to scrape down deep to find because it is such a superior light and I really do love it a lot. For the money you get a lot of flashlight. If I had to choose one torch I would choose this one. It truly does it all. I highly recommend it. I have other torches that claim higher lumens but are not as bright as this one.
