The low price on this tripod made me wonder if the quality was good... it is. When received, the remote shutter release was missing. A couple brief email exchanges with Aureday support and the missing remote was shipped to me immediately. Based on that, I would give this company five stars for customer service! The tripod itself does everything it is supposed to. The remote paired with no problems and works perfectly. The cell phone/tablet holder is well made and holds securely. I wouldn't say that this is a tripod built for heavy duty use. If you want to mount a heavy camera with a telephoto lens, then don't buy this tripod... spend big bucks and buy one built for that. For light-duty use mounting a cell phone, tablet or light camera I don't think you can go wrong with this tripod. The cost is low and the value high.

Love the tripod and especially the smart phone holder. I only have one hand and others I've used are too tight and hard for me to work with. Plus some wouldn't fit because of my pop socket and that's definitely a deal breaker. This one fits. However, the remote button that's supposed to control the camera shutter does NOT control the shutter on my A52 5G it makes it zoom in and nothing else. I'm not going to download a different camera app, I shouldn't have to. Also I posted a question asking why it was doing this and the question was DELETED. If the remote worked I'd give 5 stars.
