    • Great value for some nice basic rails; need FSM instructions or to be good at puzzles to install
My only complaint was that there are no instructions included with the kit. However, this is an aftermarket provision for a factory option; so it assumes you have access to a service manual that already includes this information. I laughed as I figured it out because of all the reviews complaining about it not fitting with their hatch. The first time I tried to fit it I realized they all were putting it on backwards! The folks complaining about the cheap plastic windguards; these are a pain, but if you make sure they seat down at the right angle and click in to place they will lock on there quite permanently. The biggest gotcha for me was not realizing there are little inset wind guard/trim/cover pieces that go under the rails on the inside to cover the inner face of the brackets. You have to put these on after you loose fit the rails, but before you tighten anything down as they need room to twist in to place under the rail. Overall, I am very pleased with these, as they have enabled me to add cross bars and kayak carriers. So I am a happy camper now. ... show more

Does not fit 2013 Highlander. Off by about 6 inches. Also this thing is the cheapest, most flimsy thing I have ever purchased. The "metal" I could bend with no effort at all. The "plastic" would snap if you sneezed on it. Absolute, utter garbage. Stay far away.
