The shampoo and conditioner both rinse out nicely, even with soft water. My hair is very soft now. A little bit expensive for just shampoo and conditioner. You can probably get it at a store for cheaper. As for how it performed, I have no issues, but I also don't remember it that well. Nothing of note. Smells were fine and worked great in my hair.
