I really like this belt. It's got decent support without being too rigid. I've got an abdominal hernia from my pregnancy, and it's been uncomfortable. This is my 3rd belt and I really like that you can choose how wide the torso length is. All my previous belts were default 9in wide and would dig under my breast and into my ribs and pair that with not being able to move freely... i never wanted to wear my old belts. This one is nothing like that but you do compromise on the amount of compression you get, which don't get me wrong, it still does have a good amount of compression and support. I would say though, for length wise sizing down may help with additional compression. I'm going to buy more and my next one will be a size down.

I had to return this to get a smaller one, so I could get a better compression around my waist and stomach. I got this because I had groin hernia surgery so I needed support. Also, I have a stomach pooch and I read about women after pregnancy being able to make their stomach smaller by wearing this binder. Surprisingly not only is it supporting my hernia area which is very important. I do think it’s making my stomach smaller. I wish I would’ve thought of this binder years ago. And it’s not as uncomfortable to wear as I thought you get used to it and it actually feels good because you’re supported.

I have mild osteoporosis of the spine and felt unstable and unsteady when walking around my property where the land is a bit uphill, or downhill or uneven and some areas with lots of rocks. I have allergies so at times I sneeze a lot which caused some sudden jerky movements around my back and spine. I had always experienced left hip pain, gone to the chiropractor for adjustments and will feel better until I have bouts of sneezes again and I could really feel my hip alignment is way off. Since I have been wearing this binder I felt more steady, able to do yard work with ease of mind that my spine will be ok, bending and doing all other types of physical work. I have been able to keep my balance more steady climbing and walking on very uneven areas. I no longer feel bent out of shape when I sneeze, my back and spine feel stable when I do. The only negative is that I have to wear a thin shirt underneath it otherwise my (waist) skin itches from the binder. The size 28-36 should have been another 1-2 inches longer, my waist is 34 so at times it feels a bit too snug when doing a lot of bending and especially after a good meal.

The quality is great , but sizing has to be exact because of the small amount of velcro added to the belt. Most belts are flexible with more velcro area but this one is not. I cannot use mine and have to order another one because of this. Also I think the price is high.

Update: no way to contact seller for refund of returned item. Update: I returned this with shipping label I received and UPS handled shipment but on my account it doesn’t reflect I had returned it. Previous: I returned the first one okay. It was too small for the size indicated. A replacement was sent. It was way too big for size indicated. There was no size in between. I tried returning the second one and it reordered a replacement instead. I just wanted my money back since their sizes do not accommodate me for post-surgery support. I’ve been without a support for a week hoping this was the right one. Now I can’t ship it back. I’m not happy at all!!!!

I needed a binder after DIEP surgery and every type I tried was uncomfortable. Most were too tall and would slide up out of position after awhile. I finally found this 6" binder that I could wear exactly where I needed it. I wore it over my clothes because the material is a little stiff, but in a good way. The velcro hold up over repeated uses, unlike other binders I had tried. Another brand's velcro failed after 2 weeks use. I've been using this one 4 weeks and it's holding strong. If it does start to shift a little, it's easier to tug it back down into place, due to its compact size.

I really liked this abdominal binder which helped with my POTS symptoms. It gave good compression and was comfortable to wear. I had to be careful with aligning the velcro properly or it would stick to my clothing. However, it has started to stretch out too much and isn't usable long-term as it will no longer fit. I'm really bummed. Due to this, I can't recommend this product as it will only last a couple months. Not worth the money.
