I bought this oven as a replacement from my previous countertop oven. I know it's odd to say, but I bought it for grilling more than anything else. There was a slight unpleasant odor the first time I used it, but I expected that, and after the oils burned off, it was fine. I was very hesitant about this little oven because I loved the one I had before so much but could no longer find it. It is safe to say I have grown to absolutely love this one as well! We love to grill steaks, and this does the job beautifully. I have added a pic of a steak I cooked in this oven. They come out so juicy and delicious! I have come to use it much more than my kitchen oven because it's just easier! All of the presets are amazing and take a lot of guess work out of what I am doing. The light is very bright and makes everything easy to see, making it almost impossible to burn or overcook what you're cooking. Calling all Sour-dough Bakers! - I am a sour-dough baker, I make all of our bread. I make a brioche that proofs very slowly. One day I decided (I had actually forgotten about this function) to put two loaves (yes! it has the capacity to hold two loaves of bread at a time!!) in on the proofing function. It works perfectly!!! Bread rose in half the time making it such a time saver! Another big thing with sour-dough bakers is the absolute fear of losing your starter. Let me tell you, the dehydrator is AMAZING. I put my sour-dough starter in on the provided baking sheet lined with parchment paper and forget it! I have dehydrated starter for days. FYI - Dehydrated starter ships very easily and makes a GREAT gift. Also, toasting artisan bread and melting shredded cheese on it for a sandwich or just cheese toast is so easy with this, and is something I eat DAILY. I also have very arthritic hands, making it difficult to lift hot, heavy pans out of my big oven. With the oven being at a higher, counter-top level makes it so much easier on me and I am not afraid I am going to drop hot pans/food and make a huge mess or burn myself. Really Fantastic product. Excellent design and easy to use. The probe works perfectly and makes cooking automatic. Get the parchment paper liners and clean up is a breeze. Also get a stainless tray with removable grid which really comes in handy. Even though it has an amazing number of settings most of them are not really necessary but nice to know they might be useful sometime. ... show more

Love! I have had it for 6 months now and used every day. It works great and just makes life a little easier. It’s easy to learn, I didn’t even read the directions, it’s just set up so well I understood how to use the basic settings right away. My favorite thing about it has been how easy it is to make chicken breast for example. Just put it in and insert the thermometer probe, set to the internal temperature and you can just walk away and come back to the perfect juicy chicken and it cooks it fast! Totally worth the price and would buy it again. Looks beautiful sitting on my counter, solid construction, and nice feel to the buttons and knob when using them.     • Does lots of things but Airfrying is not something it does well

First off this is NOT an airfryer. It's a toaster oven with a fan. Why does this matter? Well, it's too big to really air fry. I have a large basket style air fryer. Chicken wings in that come out looking fried, with nice crispy skin and the fat rendered mostly out even with a decent char if i give them a few extra minutes. In the Bravo even with 10 extra minutes and the highest temp, they come out not crispy, fatty and just not good. It bakes OK, but there is a steep learning curve. I like it for general use. We have learned to bake ok in it. It's good for cooking meals and such. Just not good at air frying, even french fries. I've had a Nija the same size with the same issues. Get a cheaper model if price is an issue, it will do as well. Take thee extra money and buy a backet version as well. If you JUST want an air fryer get the basket version. Big/small they work better. If you want this for the amount you can airfry then you will have LOTS of poorly airfried food. Just do 2 batches in a basket version. ... show more

I bought this as a gift for my mom. She and my stepdad seem to fidget with it a lot when using it because the control panel is not intuitive. I’ve tried using it when I’m at their house and I really can’t seem to figure it out either. The size of the oven space is pretty good. It offers a lot of features. It isn’t as bulky as the air-fryer oven I personally have. I’m sure using it makes more sense if you actually read the book, but it’s not intuitive without having read instructions. ... show more

I was leery about buying this oven because it sounded too good to be true, but I'm so glad I did. At first all of the buttons and guides make it look intimidating, but once you learn it it's as simple as using a microwave. I wanted this because for years I haven't been able to use my regular oven during the hot seasons because it heated up the entire house and raised my electric bill. Now I can sit right in front of my Nuwave oven while it cooks and hardly break a sweat. I love how all of the presets work perfectly. I don't know how they do it, but they do. It's like Magic. I also love how it automatically turns off when cooking is done and how everything is dishwasher safe, except the probe, and so easy to clean. I love everything about this wonderful small appliance.
