    • My lab results proved this is a good brand
I was taking another brand of Vit D then my lab test showed very very low. I bought this brand and the recent test showed a great level for Vit D. It's real important to have adequate Vit D level for healthy gut and to keep Inflammation down in all of the body.

    • Does what it says but need a higher dose of both
I wish the K2 was stronger. I will be looking for a different product just for that reason. It does work. I have increased dose significantly due to illnesses and it has helped shorten the duration.

Ive been taking a few products from nutricost and they have helped in my finess journey. I lost 50lbs in 6.5 months getting to 9.9% body fat. Ive added a few more of their products because my new goal is to gain 15 to 20lbs muscle. All of them have been great! This Vitamin D is great!
