I hate these shoes. Yes, I gave a five star rating and I hate them. I'm a cook and I have to wear non-slip footwear to work. I have tried MANY different non-slip shoes over the course of a decade and these are the most reliable, easiest to clean, affordable and utilitarian shoes I've found. My feet never hurt. Let me repeat that. My feet NEVER hurt. But here's the thing. These shoes are so ugly. I hate wearing them. And they do not breathe at all. But they allow me to do my job without having to worry about my feet and that is legitimately all I can really ask of a work shoe. So I will continue to order these stupid shoes every 9-12 months when the non-slip bottom wears out until I graduate from college and can FINALLY tell the company for whom I work to suck it.

I got these on sale for $19. As a pro chef, I love these shoes. Even buy them for my cooks as gifts. Whereas danskos make my feet feel like hoofs, birks don’t last like they used to, and other company’s don’t fit well... these feel great on my feet. The only con is the swamp foot I get from them. They make my normally not-too-stinky feet smell bad. Bad as in unrecognizable, who left their corpse foot in my shoe, that can’t be me?! kind of smell. I also use a gel heel cup which helps with foot support after long days. However it rubs against the footbed and makes it sound like I fart when I walk. Which i’m okay with.

I was specifically looking for a shoe to where in my wood shop, where I work on concrete floors for many hours at a time. I've tried everything from running shoes to hiking boots, and my feet were always sore at the end of the day. Based on the reviews and comments from other people who've used Crocs, I thought I'd give them a try. WOW! Super comfortable, like wearing sandals. Light, good support, and non-slip. My feet are much more comfortable throughout the day, and much less tired at the end of many hours of woodworking. And you can't beat the price. They do run a little big, but not uncomfortably so. Highly recommended!

Been wearing crocs like forever. All of the regular ones, if you do a lot of walking the treads (which are not of that much use anyway) will clearly and visibly wear out and extend to wearing out the body of the shoe. CROCS BISTRO are specifically made (at first the only purpose, but good for all kinds of use) FOR PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT KITCHEN WORKERS/EMPLOYEES. BISTRO models are, Thicker, heavier, CUT WIDER IN Width, and the key A HARD TEXTURED RUBBER SOLE (to ensure no slippage on wet floors and they can last much longer, even with daily 8 hours a day hard kitchen shift. For everyone else, it's A PERSON PREFERENCE OPTION as to choose a BISTRO or different CROC design. I have both kinds. The regular kind I wear mostly indoors like slippers or house shoes. The BISTRO is my preference. I like the extra weight in general, since regular crocs weigh almost nothing, for balance & stability standing still and walking. ("I'm a klutz who has always been wobbly walking in shoes) But I also like the BISTRO for the longer life span, the extra wideness and HELP NOT SLIPPING ON ANYTHING FROM WATER, SMALL ROCKS, PEBBLES... ANYTHING SMALL AND NOT NOTICED WHILE WALKING. BETTER NOW TO BUY VIA AMAZON IF YOU HAVE PRIME FOR FREE DELIVERY AND FREE RETURN IF NECESSARY (just my personal shopping experience & preference)

I work in a hospital, so having no holes in my Crocs is a must! Because of our uniform requirements, this is one way I can express myself! My sister wears the same ones to work as a chef- the non-slip bottoms do their job! The only thing I would complain about would be that they get very hot due to having no holes in the tops or sides. My feet often get very sweaty, so if i bought them again, I would probably go a size up!

Ever slip at work? Ever fall at work? Ever slip and fall at work? If you have, you know how much it stinks. Keep that feeling in the past once you throw these bad boys on. And if you really wanna get wild, throw the strap backwards to put them in 4x4 mode. The haters will never see you coming. Do people laugh when they see me bartending with Crocs on? Sometimes. But they will not see me slip and fall. Not with these flames on my feet. Seriously, if you work in the service industry and you are searching for all-day comfort and the added safety of non-slips, look no further.

Left these crappy hard rubber sandals on my patio for a couple of days after wearing them around the yard. They warped and are unusable. Don't leave them in the sun, or you too may need to throw them away. I regret my purchase.

I needed some anti-skid shoes for a commercial kitchen I was working in and so got these, as I'd gotten a recommendation. I've avoided Crocs for 20 years because I honestly hate the look. But I decided it would be better to do this than to break something really important, and that I should suck it up and get them anyway. I still wasn't happy upon getting them, but honestly the black ones aren't nearly as bad looking. Tried them on with a pair of jeans and they weren't even very noticable. First day in the kitchen, these gave me some tremendous confidence about slippery floors that had both water and oil in spots. Zero skidding, very secure, and I've worn them ever since. I've gotten a few smiles from others, been kiddingly called Mario, and yet two others have also gotten them after a fall. [We don't have good floors for being a kitchen.] My current thinking on this is that I love them for the function and comfort, but still not in love with them for the look. The former however, is improving my attitude on the latter. I've also found a few other functions for them as well and are now my slip-on shoe of choice if I have to head outside when raining, there's potential for really muddying up a pair of shoes, or whenever else I don't want other wet or dirty shoes that are harder to clean up. These things wash up perfectly and dry instantly. So 5 stars. I can't downgrade something that I didn't like the look up but bought them anyway. And I'd give them another star if I could for how well they work.
