It helps with my appetite. People who are testing the pill in water is not giving an accurate test, so don’t listen to that. A cup of water isn’t the same as our stomach. Our stomach is warm and very acidic, if our stomach was the same as water than we wouldn’t be able to digest anything. trying to “debunk” the pill by watching it sit in a glass of water is like judging a cake by eating raw flour. Not the same environment, not the same process.

That full feeling you're looking for comes as a result of drinking plenty of water beforehand... Like two days of hydration coupled with a bit of activity like walking or shopping or household chores and the glucomannan. It's not a silver bullet for weight loss, because that ONLY comes with being calorie deficient for a while. But getting to the point where you mentally don't feel like you have to eat just because it's lunch time can be achieved by feeling like you won't die if you don't eat at 12 on the dot that day. This with some coffee in the morning can get me through 17hrs without feeling like I have to eat, and when I do. I don't necessarily have to make up all the imagined meals I skipped. Eat a sensible early dinner, pop two more, keep hydrated, and by the end of the week you're minus 1500 call or minus 1lbs... That's how it works. Oh and yeah it's fiber so, you go, you know? 😊 Good quality, fair price, can help, not the magic cure.

I did a little research on this product. You’re experiencing cramping try taking them on an empty stomach with two full glasses of water. The glasses of water are crucial, A, because it will help the product expanding your belly making you feel more full. B, I read that is also quite dangerous if the product gets stuck somewhere along your digestive track or esophagus because it will expand and you can choke. I believe the product tells you to take way too much three pills will make you not have an appetite and probably cause you to cramp. I read an article that tells you to take 1000 mg this product tells you to take three pills which is 1800 mg! I would start with one to see how it makes you feel and maybe bump it up to two but do not do three! my appetite has definitely been suppressed we will see if there’s aids in weight loss I will update my review in a month. Also please note starving yourself is not a good way to lose weight it is not healthy and you will end up getting all the way back. Eat a healthy diet all the veggies and protein along with this if you believe you ate too much food and it’s causing you harm. Be responsible, and remember you are beautiful just the way you are!

So i purchased this product because i have oily floating stools. I’ve been doing alot of research as to why, and i also had done a gut test last year. I ended up going back to that test and looking a bit more closely at it. It said i had an issue with secondary bile acids and they recommended i used this product. I also bought sun fiber and started it around the same time. Ever since i started using this, my stools have mostly been sinking in the toilet. But, i still have some grease and stink in the water, so im trying to Figure out how to fix this issue now. I have recently purchased bile nutrients from SH and i am hoping this does the trick, i am hoping i have slow bile. I also purchased their liposomal choline and i take the liver nutrients. I am hoping this combo helps heal the issue. I have also started upping my fiber, because beneficial bacteria need fiber to grow, i use about 4-5 different kinds that are easy on my stomach and im pretty sure are sibo friendly. I have never heard about this product being used to stop cravings, It’s used to help bile. For reference, i have leaky gut, histamine intolerance, low stomach acid that has gotten better, possibly candida ( not sure if it’s gone or not) and some high bad bacteria. I had no issues taking these pills.

I NEVER write an Amazon review. Just didn't have the time. I got this and did what it said 3 pills with lots of water. Day one you go to the bathroom. Day 2 I thought I was dying! I could not stop. To the point I became dehydrated and my stomach and azz is on fire! Graphic, well this is an honest review! I saw some reviews similar and let tiktok influence me. Was I full yes did I pay the price yes. There is no magic pill. After I finally stop i had problems going for 3 days. I never struggle with that. Do your best but this is horrible on your stomach and @@@! You were warned!

WHY WOULD RICE FLOUR BE AN INGREDIENT IN A FIBER PRODUCT LIKE GLUCOMANNAN??? AND SINCE RICE FLOUR WEIGHS MORE THAN GLUCOMMAN, IS THERE MORE RICE FLOUR IN IT THAN GLUCOMANNAN? THERE IS NO WAY TO TELL BY READING THE INGREDIENTS LIST. SHAME ON YOU NUTRICOST. I WILL NEVER FALL FOR THIS SCAM AGAIN. THIS COMPANY IS OBVIOUSLY MORE CONCERNED WITH PROFIT THAN THE HEALTH OF ITS CUSTOMERS. I purchased a number of Nutricost brands, and thought I'd try this one since the price seemed slightly more economical. Shame on me for not noticing at the time of purchase that this product (and 2 other Nutricost items I ordered) has RICE FLOUR. Rice flour is a CHEAP FILLER that is used in some supplements and the biggest thing I avoid like the plaque. Rice has high levels of arsenic in it, and can be unhealthy to consume (especially when the rice is not cooked, but simply ground into a powder from it's raw state). This is the 3rd time I purchased a Nutricost product without being aware that this cheap filler RICE FLOUR was used in it. SHAME ON NUTRICOST (and SHAME ON ME, TOO for assuming this product is unsafe my consumption). I AM UPSET THAT I HAVE WASTED HARD-EARNED MONEY ON A PRODUCT I CANNOT USE. I WILL NEVER PRUCHASE ANOTHER NUTRICOST ITEM AGAIN. When something is priced lower, it can be very helpful to take the time to see if cheap ingredients are used.
