These shoes are probably the most comfortable dress shoe I’ve ever worn. I work 9-10 hour shifts on my feet in a grocery store and have been looking for comfortable shoes for years. Unfortunately these are not designated as slip resistant, but I’ve found that even when wet on slick floors they don’t slip. The leather is soft which prevents the crinkled look where the foot bends and also keeps the top of the shoe from hitting and rubbing the toes when bending. I have worn ECCO shoes for years. They are perfect for fit. As most ECCOs I have purchased are a bit wider than other shoes and have great support for dress shoes.

    • They squeak on freshly waxed floors

The shoes themselves I really like. They look good and are comfortable. They are a good shoe to go to work as business casual. My only issue is that on some tile floors that are waxed and shiny, the shoes squeak. It's not a subtle squeak either which is annoying and somewhat embarrassing since I only wear them at work. The shoes are only a couple days old so I'm hoping that as the soles wear in a bit, that will alleviate the issue. ... show more

Bought these ecco shoes. Very comfortable shoe. The sole is a little hard but it has felt better with time. I use 10.5-11 so I got the 10-10.5 and they fit nice.

I read the reviews and they suggested ordering one size down. I did that and the shoes were too small. The bad part is that I had to settle for a return vs. an excchange and now the shoes will cost me more, $80 more, before tax. I dont find it fair that an exchange was not possible.
