I’ve been using Kaged Citrulline Powder as part of my pre-workout routine to help support better blood flow and stronger muscle pumps. This product is just pure, fermented L-citrulline with no added fillers, which is great — and it mixes really easily into water or a shake without any grit or taste. It’s designed to help boost nitric oxide production, which can support endurance and vascularity during workouts.  That said, I didn’t notice a huge difference in my performance or recovery compared to other supplements I’ve tried. On intense training days my workouts felt about the same with or without it, and the benefits were pretty subtle overall. Some people definitely report better pumps and improved endurance, but for me it was more “nice to have” than game-changing.  Mixing was smooth and I didn’t have any issues with texture, and I like that it’s vegan and free of fillers, but the effects were mild — so I’d recommend it if you’re curious to experiment, but don’t expect dramatic results right away.

Try this first thing in the morning (while your coffee is brewing) even when you aren't working out that day or AM. It wakes me up in a pleasant way. I take a clinical amount of 6g per serving. Of course, it's great as pump in a pre-workout mix.

I’ve been using Citruline in some form or fashion for 20+ years. I’ve used it from bulk places to make my own pre-workout as well as in pre-made pre-workouts. When I purchased this I did so because the price was low and I’ve cut almost all other supplements including preworkout, out. I do still like Citruline for it nitrous activation and endurance perks. This particular brand may now be my favorite. I’m actually very surprised and plan and subscribing to continue to purchase it. Great price, clean product, amazing results. What else can you ask for. I’ll be honest, I’m not sure I’ve ever heard of this company. They’re based out of cali, the label says the product is manufactured in the us with domestic and global ingredients . Hopefully it’s trustworthy; that I can’t say. Performance wise though, I’m impressed.

I did a lot of research before I purchased this brand. AI even gave it a thumbs up. So I didn’t buy this for the gym. I bought it for… let’s call it “quality time.” I also use before working out on my oculus. After a long days work and stressful life, I needed something to help my motivation when everything was done. One scoop, and about 40 minutes later my blood is going . Not jittery, not crazy, just a very noticeable circulation moment that absolutely does what I hoped it would. Mixes easy, no weird taste (actually as I just mix with water, there is very little taste or I couldn’t take it). It genuinely seems to help with overall blood flow (I’ll let you read between the lines there). If you’re looking for a little boost in the romance department when you’re exhausted form the daily grind, this might be your new favorite powder.
