I've had this unit for a couple of months now and I'm very impressed with it. First, let's start with its size: I am 6 foot three and I cannot see over the top of the unit; in other words, it's a tall unit with a very impressive look. Secondly, as compared to the wine fridge that I replaced, there is more than sufficient space for all the different types of bottles that you ordinarily would have in a wine collection. The problematic Pinot Noir bottles don't seem to be much of an issue as the spacing between the racks is sufficient to keep the bottle labels from scraping the rack immediately above it. One pleasant surprise that I had not anticipated was the depth of each shelf. Each shelf is nicely deep and is more than sufficient for alternating the direction of the wine bottles as you know you need to do on these racks. I really do not feel like I'm squeezing the bottles in tightly together in these racks . They're just seems to be a lot of space. Thirdly, the unit is very quiet. I was a bit concerned with a wine fridge this large that it would be constantly humming and making a droning noise. Ours is located in the room I use as an office and it is not annoying at all. The fridge as designed has a door that opens from the left, left to right. Given the space I had to work with, I really needed the door to open from the right to the left. Fortunately, you can reverse the direction of the door by rotating the door "upside down" and anchoring it on the left side. While the door works perfectly well in this revised orientation and seems to be designed to be reversed, you will lose the ability to lock the door at the bottom; your lock will be at the top of the unit where there is no corresponding latch. For me, that's not a problem, and I'm happy with the fix. To clarify, if you need the door to open from the right, and you need the door to lock, this will not be the unit for you. Finally, as to delivery, it was delivered as promised, and in one piece, and with no damage . The box, however, seemed to fare poorly during the delivery. By the looks of some of the tears in the box I was certain that the unit had been damaged or the glass had been broken. However, there was no damage. So how do I feel about this purchase? I am very happy. Of course, I have no information as to the durability of the unit. These are said to last anywhere from 4 to 6 years. I sure hope it last longer since it was not inexpensive. If I think of anything else, based on my experience, to add this to add to this review I will update the review in the future. In conclusion, I do recommend this unit and I do recommend this vendor. ... show more

The original delivery date was approximately 2 weeks out, but it actually arrived much sooner, within 2 days from Fedex ground service. After being unboxed assembly was minimal, just inserting the drawers and attaching the door handles. I let it sit unplugged for the recommended 24 hours following delivery. Then it was plugged in and it cooled down quickly. Both the compressor and the fan operate very quietly. Overall the 24” unit fit well into my undercounter location. The seller actually contacted me prior to delivery and offered set-up assistance and any other support I might require. Would buy it again from them. ... show more

I ordered this 24" refrigerator and it was shipped and received fairly quickly. Note it's only for beverages and the adequate compartment fits a fine inventory of cans and wine. It's very quiet, chills to 3degrees and sports a blue internal light which is nice. I did have a problem with my first unit and the excellent support received replaced the unit without any hassle. Yes it was damaged in transit. Yes the damage wasn't obvious at first look. The exterior was fine. The only thing we noticed was the shelving was jabberwocky inside. Turns out that was important. The shelving damaged the fan behind the back wall and the fan failed five days later. All the beer and soda got warm overnight. The fridge is going back. The damage also exposed how flimsily this beverage fridge intended for our TV room is built as compared to the much quieter Ce’Lefort we've used for 2-½ trouble-free years in our kitchen (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0G58WD8WH/). The Ca'Lefort chills down much faster and is quieter too. Sometimes saving a few percent on the price just isn't worth it. ... show more

Shelves are impossible to adjust or remove. This unit has sliders that operate much like a chest of drawes where to remove you must press the levers on each slider and then pull it out. In this unit the sliders are so close to the walls it is impossible to depress the sliders. I ended up removing screws holding the shelf to the sliders. Really bad design. ... show more
