Reached out to company and they responded due to Amazon assisting to message but haven’t resolved as promised and wine is hot.. wonder if they are going to replace 6 bottles of wine that went from cold to hot while waiting on Koblenz to pick up defective unit and replace with new one as promised. To date customer service has been less than stellar ... show more

I only keep a few bottles of red at any time so I didn't need anything extravagant. Works great. Only had it for a couple weeks, but so far no issues and keeps the temperature consistent. Makes a very slight noise (buzzing) at times, but you do not notice it unless there is no other noise (TV, radio, etc.) on.
