Green tea is a well known value for health. There are many benefits to using Green Tea in a medicinal context. There are probably hundreds of Green Tea products on the market at various prices. I have found these to seem to be potent and at a very competitive price! I take one in the morning and 1 in the early afternoon. The lift these give are invaluable and I am a true believer that Green Tea is helpful in keeping our brains sharp as we grow older.

Most of time I become excessively sleepy after lunch, to the extent that I can fall into sleep while I am standing. Horrible. I tried close to 100 different herbs in the past decade because no any doctors can or willing to help me on this. Most of the herbs I tried are useless or have side effect, or worked for a while then start to have side effect, a few of them works but not so well, until I start to take this green tea capsules. It solved my problem maybe 95% of time. I simply open the capsule and drop the power into my drinking water every day, started from half capsule, now a full capsule daily. No any side effect and I also feel more energetic and easier to focus. The green tea bitter taste is actually good and it makes me drinking more water. A real life saver!
