Just received this yesterday… used it today … the switch already broke ! It is stuck on medium heat … I turn switch to off but stays on and on medium! Have to unplug it to turn it off !!!! Plus leaves your hair a fuzzy mess ! Do Not Waste You Money on this product.

I have yet to find any dryer, curling iron duo like this one and I love it for my coarse curly hair! The brush gets hot quickly and I even get great straightening with the low setting... The controls are 'out of the way' so you don't have to worry about cutting it off accidentally during use. It looks cumbersome and takes a little getting used to. The bristles could be a little stiffer yet it gets the job done w silky smooth finesse. The tip has a place to hold so you won't get burned. Well engineered for it's purpose.
