Immediately upon unrolling the carpet, there was already loose pieces of the rug. I didn't think too much about it since I thought I could probably pull the tufts of fibers back thru. More and more tufts have since appeared but to be honest, I am not interested in rolling it back up and sending it back in for a refund. This rug was the exact color and size I was looking for. It’s a nice rug. However it does not lay flat in some areas even with a higher end rug pad underneath. It has predominate shades of gray, black, white, cream and tan. It is not reversible because the manufacturer tag is glued on the one side. Vacuums nicely and spot cleans well.
