The FINIS Agility Paddles are designed to provide swimmers with instant stroke feedback – even after just one lap! Now made in a new floating material, these hand blades are great for all swimmers, from learn-to-swim to triathletes. The strapless design fits the natural contour of your hand and teaches you to apply positive pressure throughout your stroke. If you do not maintain a proper stroke, the paddle will let you know by shifting or falling off. I tried some of the bigger paddles and it was so cumbersome. A lot of tugging the tightener and can’t grab onto the edge of the pool. These fit my hand perfectly and give good resistance to build pull strength. When you stopped using the paddles, your hand will automatically keep the same shape without any effort from you. Love these, dot have to worry about straps coming loose. The challenge is making sure you are applying balanced pressure through your hands and swim with proper form for hands and harm. My form has immediately improved. I have the big resistance flat paddles and yes I am stronger from these but my hands are lazy. These paddles slip odd when form is bad so my body has immediately learned correct form and… no more shoulder pain. They also train my hand placement. I mean, next level training tool!!! I have no complaints. I do not find them uncomfortable as other users have written. They are great for teaching effective strokes; but, I only use them for 500 yard pulling sets. What is great is that wrong strokes will lose these or make them move out of your hands. Learning correct strokes will keep them firm and they will not move in your hands. If you do lose them, they just float rather than sink. They are training tools and will they will eventually wear some calluses at much greater lengths than 500 yards. If you wish to swim miles at a time with these, you are probably doing something wrong or need something else. ... show more
