This is a great rug for the price. The color is a tad bit darker than the image. It's a warm beige with light brown and grey accents. It looks neutral in a room while still creating some interest without distracting from decor. It can easily be vacuumed. My dogs are already laying and running on it. It's pet friendly. It appears like it will wear well. It does have a chemical smell which is dissipating and I expect to be completely gone soon. As others have shared it does not lay completely flat. But I'm positive it will lay perfectly flat soon and it's already almost there. I'm using books to help on the ends. It won't need floor tape to lay flat. I had this rolled up in my garage for about six months before I actually was able to put it in my house and it unenrolled perfectly, if any of the corners or sides, fold up spray it with water and it’ll help the ends lay down flat. It’s a beautiful rug. The texture is just a little off to me.

Great quality for a really great price. With kids and pets I'm replacing my rug because it gets a lot of traffic. This time I didn't feel bad getting a new rug for this price. Came quick and easy to put down. Definitely thin for a rug but not terrible. I would give it a 3 out of 5 stars for thick the price was just too good. Rug was a disappointment; the color is way off the photo in the description. I expected a beige/cream rug, with light brown accents. What I received was a dark brown, dark gray rug with some beige accents, and beige border. At first, I thought I received the brown rug, but after looking at all the photos in the description, I realized I did receive the BEIGE rug due to the beige border. My disappointment aside, I am keeping the rug as it's too much of a hassle to return. It does go with the furniture; I just didn't want a dark brown rug. I have purchased nuLOOM rugs before, with no issues with color being off, so I have confidence the rug will hold up to foot traffic and remain good looking. Revised review: The rug was darker than expected, but all I had to do was change the accent pillows on the couch...what a difference!! Now the rug is perfect for the room! I got the 7x9 oval. It doesn't seem to be available at the time I'm writing this review, almost a year-and-a-half later, but it's been such a good rug that I came looking for other rugs by the same maker. I recently bought a rectangular rug from a different manufacturer. It's been disintegrating from day 1. It made me realize how fantastic this rug is. It has never shedded, never kicked out any puffballs, and looks as fantastic as the day I bought it. I put my dining table on it, so it doesn't get a lot of traffic, but after the horrible new rug I've bought, I've come to realize that traffic doesn't matter. Crazy, but true. Yet this rug from nuLoom has no such problems. When I finally get tired of the junk rectangle rug I just bought for the living room, I'm definitely coming back to nuLoom. Carpet was rolled bottom out so making is difficult to smoothen out. Carpet is also warped in the middle from being rolled and then filled in the middle. Coloring is a little more gray than intended but Otherwise, not bad for the price.

I absolutely love this rug because I’ve ordered it. This is the second time, but it is so hard to get the wrinkles out of it because of the way it’s packaged when they ship it. The first one I ordered did great. This one has all wrinkled. It was real. It was 8 x 10. It was rolled and then folded, which is stretched it and it’s hard to get the wrinkles out if I ever get them out, but as far as love in the rug quality of the rug, the way you clean the rug. I bought 3 rugs, they all look like they are cut uneven. They aren’t perfect rectangles. One end is shorter than the other end on the same side so they aren’t a perfect rectangle. I am not allowed to tell you how the rugs are shipped but I will say the way they are shipped and packaged make it impossible for the rug to lay flat. This company used to sell the rugs and they came on a roll, I know because I bought them, now 5 years later they ship out in a smaller format and the quality is much thinner than my first purchase. I bought 3 rugs, 2 - 9’ x 12’ and 1 - 8’ x 10’ and they all look uneven and have bad creases. I am at 4 full days of wood on them and no difference. I tried product support and it doesn’t work and I’m trying during correct hours posted, the “call me” button doesn’t work. This was a bad purchase with no support from seller. This is 4 full days with no change in the rug and no way to contact the seller. I’m so disappointed. ... show more
