I followed the directions and the first batch of ice came out perfect with the little soft crunchy cubes. Every time I have used the machine since, it only creates slush. I no longer get mini cubes of ice.

I have had this for less than a month. It sits on a flat surface in my laundry room. It leaks water everywhere and has stopped making ice. It's very loud, doesn't keep the ice cold, and doesn't form good nuggets.

It was okay but I wanted actual ice cubes . This machine made little nuggets that quickly turned into slush. Also I didn’t like the fact that you are suppose to empty out the ice bin after ice is made to store in your freezer. I bought another machine that makes bigger ice and it stores the ice in the same machine .
