I bought this product because it has all the ingredients in it that the prostate requires to get relief. I have taken it for one month and I am happy with the results. I take one in the morning and two in the evening before bed time. Now supplements have a good reputation I trust their product.

I have been taking this product for three weeks now and my “stream” has gone from a dribble to a nice flow so it works for me. No change in the average number of pit stops during the night (4). My only complaint is having to take the three huge black capsules. If the daily dose is X amount why can’t it be all in one capsule?

I am a 70 year-old man that has been suffering frequent urgency and nocturia for years. In recent years, I changed my diet eating only superfoods and taking quality vitamins, minerals, and supplements. My health has certainly improved, but not my bladder issues. My PSA has always been very low, but I was still suffering with sudden urgency and increased frequency every day. This issue has plagued me since a child and doctors couldn't find any reason. It was nothing for me to awaken 2, 3, or 4 times a night to run to the bathroom. I spent many hours and months of researching meds, supplements, techniques, and any information I could find to correct this situation. I've tried other supplements that just didn't work for me. Then one day I discovered this product, and it had all the right ingredients-and even a few more-that should help you naturally. Before the first bottle was completed, I saw amazing results. My stream was great again. I was not getting up in the night as much and I know that my BPH was greatly reduced. I ordered a second bottle yesterday. Here is a true miracle. I no longer have urgency to go. I'm sleeping through the night for the first time in many years. I'm no longer going 10-20 times per day, but maybe 5 to 7 times. About 3 weeks ago, I started taking Benfotiamine along with Thiamin, both forms of Vitamin B according to Dr. Berg's recommendation on YouTube. My frequent urination was caused by inflamed or damage nerves, and within the first week, I saw a major improvement. I can easily stretch it 4 or more hours without having to go. I cannot express how excited I am for this improvement. I still drink coffee and tea along with a whole lemon crushed into a lemonade smoothie each day, and I drink tea before bedtime. Interestingly, I am still able to sleep better and feel more awake the next day. I no longer fear when I drive anywhere or when I am in public away from a restroom, and I have so much more confidence in my social life. So, take this product to increase flow and normalize an enlarged prostate. (Do not stop any medication if you are on it without your doctor's approval) It is natural with no side effects. Take increased levels of Benfotiamine with Thiamin for urgency and nocturia, and your life will change for the better.

Clinical dose of what, I am not sure, no pygeum or saw palmetto (you need this!) and minimal amounts of everything beneficial but phytosterols per lable fine print HIGHLY REFINED FROM SOY. Also has Vitamin D which if you are taking other supplements with D in them may collectively cause VIT D toxicity, and you will be suffering any number of side effects for quite a while since it has 15 day half life. I didn’t have any problems swallowing the capsules, no stomach upset or allergic reactions noted by others, but I do not take them on an empty stomach! important trivia: herbal supplements for benign prostate enlargement take time to shrink the tissues so give them a month before expecting noticeable results

Before trying this I tried a couple other supplements that did nothing. Some of them had one or two of the ingredients this does but not most of the ingredients here. As far as relieving symptoms Tamsulosin probably worked a little better than this but I hated the side effects which included frequent heart palpitations. This product has been great for me. I experimented with different times of the day and found that taking it around 7pm or just after dinner works best for getting me through the night. It seems to get me through the following day pretty well too. It could be better, but barring a surgical procedure I don’t think there is anything else that works as well…that I know of anyway.
