This works just as it says but because the opening is so narrow, if you have thick hair like I do, it will take you a long time to curl your whole head. I can only get a tiny piece of hair in it at a time, resulting in small curls which is not the look I was going for.

It works good but compared with a regular flat iron or curling iron it just doesn’t open far enough. Because of that you have to take pretty small hair sections & it took me forever to get my hair done. If my hair was shorter (chin length) I think it would of been ok.

The spacing is incredibly tiny. I have wicked thin hair and could barely fit strands of my hair in this. It doesn’t open!!!! Huge disappointment. I returned it.

Love my new curling iron! I use it daily now for 2 months and the results are wonderful! Amazed by how fast it heats up and really like its cooling feature. Has limited damage to my hair tremendously. Essential oil emerges from it saving me the step of pretreating my hair. So I’m done quicker. It’s Lightweight , compact easy to work with and store away. Well worth the price!

This product was faulty and the heat pads did not heat up, only the fan worked. I send it back and requested a replacement. When the replacement arrived, that one too, did not heat up. After investigating, I came to resolve the wires for the heating function was backwards. I was hopeful that this product was comparable to the more expensive $89 similar 360° styling iron that is newly released, however, there was no operational use to compare. I will not be ordering this product again for a 3rd replacement.
