I had an easy fix problem but I have come to find out the company stands by their product and is very willing to work with you. I only rated the product a 4 because I didn’t get a chance to actually remove any snow. I’m sure it works just fine but I didn’t get any heavy snows requiring the blower. I would buy from this company again

Everything went fine for delivering Received the snowblower quickly and in perfect condition. Easy assembly and easy to start I haven’t used it yet. I assembled the wheels, handlebars, etc. Filled the oil up and put new fuel in. The machine started right up and purred like a kitten. The auger worked very well, and everything checked out. Good machine, well made. I’m very pleased.

The media could not be loaded. This snowblower broke on its first use. I assembled and followed every direction. It fires up easy (after tightening one bolt when gas leaked), and spins fine BUT the throwing chute broke. As you can see in the video I can no longer adjust it. Can’t do it by hand either. The entire thing is plastic, weighs normal for a small gas powered engine and looks decent. It’s not worth the money… doesn’t throw snow very far, leaves a trail of snow in the very middle where it should scoop the most, and broke halfway through my first use. Don’t be like me… don’t buy this trying to save money and it will only cost me more to replace with a better one. Be better than me. Buy once, cry once. Don’t buy this and cry while shoveling by hand because your snow blower broke.

So, it works on light powder, but heavy wet snow or very deep snow and it overheats or straight up dies. Trust me when I say I would have rather spent a couple hundred more dollars on a better one and saved my self the headache of have to struggle with this one.
