I absolutely love this mattress. It started when I ordered one for my son’s bottom bunk bed. . . I laid in it and knew I needed one; I joked with him saying my seven year old has a nicer mattress than his parents. So I came back and bought a queen for one of our guest rooms where I sleep. I have never slept better. My favorites: the mattress rebounds fast when you get up. It is very soft, but also firm enough to provide proper support for my back and neck. It is not so soft though that I have difficulty turning sides at night - I’m a back and side sleeper. It is OKEO-TEX certified, so no nasty off-gassing of toxic vapors. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

Very Good For Joint Pain, But Appearance Isn't Great

Medium firm but more to the firm side in the best way possible. With constant joint pain from Fibromyalgia and Elhers Danlos Sydrome (loose joints that dislocate often), I'm very sensitive to mattress firmness. It can't be too firm or I hurt like I slept on the forest floor. But too soft and everything slips out of place and I can't move the next day because too many joints won't support me. I researched for a few hours to find a good mattress for these things AND that would keep me cool (heat intolerance is so much worse in this pregnancy). We had a hybrid mattress before and I was nervous to try fully memory foam, but I'm so glad we did. This is easily the most comfortable mattress I've ever imagined! I lay down and within a few seconds (everytime, no joke) feel my entire body realign and have multiple joints pop into place. My chronic pain is much more manageable with this and laying down resets my system much sooner than our old mattress ever did. By the end of the night, my big pregnant belly has a cozy nook in the mattress since I can't get myself to sleep not on my stomach, even now in the 3rd trimester. But it doesn't hurt or tick the baby off because the mattress just makes space and supports the rest of me perfectly! I don't feel the need to relocate from a "hot spot" because it doesn't get hot or even very warm. It isn't cold by any means, but it sure doesn't hold heat like most mattresses, which is a win! My poor husband puts up with the crazy cold temperatures I need in the house, and is not bothered by the cooler mattress despite NOT liking the cold! My only problem is that after unrolling and unfolding the mattress, one half stayed wrinkle-warpped on the surface. So one side is smooth fabric top, and there's a clear line where it was folded and the fabric was pressure folded as it got rolled, and it is still rippled about an inch above the mattress in a dozen or more lines across. It's not too noticeable when laying on the sheet, but you can see the ripples through the sheet pretty easily. I can manage with the appearance and feel, but it is frustrating

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So glad I gave it the full 72 hours! We are very happy with this mattress! One thing I definitely recommend is giving it the full 72 hours to expand before deciding how you feel about it. At first, it felt softer than I expected and I was a little worried it wouldn't be firm enough. As it continued expanding and settling, though, it became noticeably firmer and more supportive. My husband is 6 ft 2 and 220 lb he normally hollows out mattresses this mattress can support him and I'm not affected when he rolls over or sits I can't tell when he's moving. The 14-inch height feels substantial, it's comfortable without feeling like you're sinking too far into it, and the king size expanded nicely. For the price, I'm really impressed with the quality and comfort. If it seems a little too soft when you first open it, give it time, it really does change as it fully expands! Definitely a 5-star purchase for us.

Got this in today, it rose quickly once opened but the smell was attrocious. It filled the whole to floor of our home. It's a relativity soft mattress. Seems like it will be ok for our daughter who we got it for from a firmness, but if am adult were to lay on it, it would sink pretty far. Hoping that this smell won't last forever... Will update in a week or so. UPDATE: mattress sleeps great. The smell never fully went away, but the supplier reached out and sent a replacement from a different warehouse which seems to have been the ticket. This new one does not have the pungent odor that I experienced with the first. Thanks for your customer service!

I originally wrote a scathing review because I thought the bed was too soft. That was within the first 24 hours. A week out, it’s now perfect. So give it time because it does firm up. It is as others have described: firm, but not too firm. I did put a nice soft and plush mattress pad/protector on it, but otherwise it has not needed any extra additions. Had I fully believed the reviews I would have gotten the 12 inch. I went with the 10 because I figured it would need a soft gel pad to soften it up some, ultimately making it 12 inches. Nope, it’s perfect so now my bed sits a little lower than I would prefer. But hardly a big deal since the mattress is comfortable, and at a reasonable price.

I’ve had this a month now. Some reviews are saying this is a semi firm mattress but I consider it firm. I find it supportive but I don’t sink into it. I’m 6’2” and 250 lbs. Smaller people fill find this more firm than I did. The mattress returns to shape each time and I have no indentation in it even though I sleep on the same side each night. I don’t like being warm so this mattress works for me. I don’t get over heated. I also have a mattress pad on it with bamboo sheets. So far I’m happy with it.

Great mattress! I gave it 72 hours to rise to exactly 10 inches. Super comfy, soft - not hard. A bit of a smell (which is noted in the package) but I left the bedroom windows open while it expanded which eliminated the scent. I especially love that it's gray.
