⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So glad I gave it the full 72 hours! We are very happy with this mattress! One thing I definitely recommend is giving it the full 72 hours to expand before deciding how you feel about it. At first, it felt softer than I expected and I was a little worried it wouldn't be firm enough. As it continued expanding and settling, though, it became noticeably firmer and more supportive. My husband is 6 ft 2 and 220 lb he normally hollows out mattresses this mattress can support him and I'm not affected when he rolls over or sits I can't tell when he's moving. The 14-inch height feels substantial, it's comfortable without feeling like you're sinking too far into it, and the king size expanded nicely. For the price, I'm really impressed with the quality and comfort. If it seems a little too soft when you first open it, give it time, it really does change as it fully expands! Definitely a 5-star purchase for us.

Medium firm but more to the firm side in the best way possible. With constant joint pain from Fibromyalgia and Elhers Danlos Sydrome (loose joints that dislocate often), I'm very sensitive to mattress firmness. It can't be too firm or I hurt like I slept on the forest floor. But too soft and everything slips out of place and I can't move the next day because too many joints won't support me. I researched for a few hours to find a good mattress for these things AND that would keep me cool (heat intolerance is so much worse in this pregnancy). We had a hybrid mattress before and I was nervous to try fully memory foam, but I'm so glad we did. This is easily the most comfortable mattress I've ever imagined! I lay down and within a few seconds (everytime, no joke) feel my entire body realign and have multiple joints pop into place. My chronic pain is much more manageable with this and laying down resets my system much sooner than our old mattress ever did. By the end of the night, my big pregnant belly has a cozy nook in the mattress since I can't get myself to sleep not on my stomach, even now in the 3rd trimester. But it doesn't hurt or tick the baby off because the mattress just makes space and supports the rest of me perfectly! I don't feel the need to relocate from a "hot spot" because it doesn't get hot or even very warm. It isn't cold by any means, but it sure doesn't hold heat like most mattresses, which is a win! My poor husband puts up with the crazy cold temperatures I need in the house, and is not bothered by the cooler mattress despite NOT liking the cold! My only problem is that after unrolling and unfolding the mattress, one half stayed wrinkle-warpped on the surface. So one side is smooth fabric top, and there's a clear line where it was folded and the fabric was pressure folded as it got rolled, and it is still rippled about an inch above the mattress in a dozen or more lines across. It's not too noticeable when laying on the sheet, but you can see the ripples through the sheet pretty easily. I can manage with the appearance and feel, but it is frustrating

Updated as of 07/28/26: I am so impressed by the company themselves that I would not hesitate to ever order anything from them or ever recommend them to a friend or loved one. Customer service-ELITE Someone read this review, reached out to me and asked how they could make my experience better- and provided me with a few solutions. Honestly I thought I was being scammed at first- I reached out directly to the company and they confirmed their support service email. OH MY GAWD! Ladies and gentlemen they don’t make em like this anymore! And can I tell you I now have a new mattress, that is not damaged- because there was something wrong with the first one based on how my second one blossomed and has maintained it’s integrity after over a month, it is worth it. This mattress is okay. It is medium firm. Never got to 14 inches- it got to 11-12 inches. I don’t notice any difference with cooling but to be completely honest and fair- I use a full bed mattress cover to protect the mattress- so that may make a big difference in whether or not I am hot boxing this bad boy or not. I tried to do a return but cancelled it because the bedroom it is in - is literally IMPOSSIBLE to remove the mattress without vacuum sealing it in a mega sushi roll again or cutting it Jack Nicholson style apart- which is how I got the last baddie downstairs (rip). So I lay on her now writing this review- wishing you all think- Pros- firmish, no bad smell, puffs quick, comfortable, king size is lovely Con- 14in did not get full 14

Took about 48 hours to fully inflate. Not 10 inches, but 9 inches. Not worried about that. No smell. Im 5"2, 145 pounds and sleep alone and this mattress is FIRM! I cant understand how people say its not. I should've purchased the softer option below this one but a plush topper fixed that. I have a posterior tilted pelvis and am a side sleeper. I was sore in my hips and lower back the first few nights but that's because my body finally had the support it needs to get back into alignment. I am no longer tossing and turning, sleep through the entire night, and wake up before my alarm. Waking up refreshed and no longer hitting the snooze button 5 times. Im happy with it.

Thrilled with this purchase! The set up was easy and there is little to no smell after unpacking. The sleep is comfortable: I like softer and my spouse likes firmer but this is a perfect middle ground. It is ‘breathable’ foam and doesn’t make you feel sweaty/clammy when sleeping. We also like that the edges don’t droop when getting in and out of bed. Would definately buy another and recommend.

I got the 10" Full mattress. Took about a day for it to fully inflate. It's fairly firm once inflated. I'm a big guy, and it's fairly comfortable. I'm sure you could find better for a higher price, but this is the best at this price. It's not super heavy and is fairly rigid so it's not going to go all floppy when you try to move it.

I’m giving this mattress a solid 3 due to the fact that it is a true king size. It measures at exactly 11.5 inches not the full 12. I let it rise for the recommended 24-48 hours. The appearance is nice. It has a cotton mattress protector that is removal for washing which was nice. I haven’t felt any cooling features so far. The feel?! It’s firm!!! I don’t know if they accidentally sent me a firm but this mattress is definitely not medium firm it’s firm. It doesn’t have the edge support as advertised so I’m sure it’ll break down with edge sleeping and/or sitting. It hasn’t helped my back nor shoulder pain. It doesn’t seem to offer much pressure point support but it could be because it’s still fairly new (only had it 3 weeks so far)! If you love a firmer feel, this is the one for you. Maybe it’ll soften up and feel more medium firm but after 3 weeks, it’s still firm so I guess I’ll wait and see and come back and update my review. The three stars is for the softness of the material used, the fact that it at least hit 11.5 cuz IYKYK how mattresses can be with sizing, and the fact that it fits a king bed as it should and once again IKYKY!
