My 86 year old mother has bone on bone hip arthritis and needed a walker for balance. First off, it is basically already assembled. There are no instructions on how to put it together but it is easy enough to figure out (or you can google it and see a youtube video on how to put it together. I checked out the youtube video before I bought it). All you have to do is put in the two hand bars which easily adjust for height and the back bar (which snaps into place). It took all of maybe 10 minutes to assemble. (It took longer to open the box and get the items out). My mother used it immediately and I haven't seen her walk that fast in years. The seat is not comfortable (it is very firm) so we will need to purchase a cushion. I have to adjust the brake because is is very hard for mom to push the handle down (but it is adjustable). I bought the petite because it is narrower and lighter than the others. It does not have a metal basket so you cannot see what is inside (which is nice). Very lightweight. My mother is 4'11" and this is perfect for her. ... show more

I had ordered this for my Mom who will be turning 95 this year. She gets short of breath easily, but I didn't want her to become homebound. It's important to me to be able to take her out and let her look around in the stores again. She was hesitant at first, but once she saw how easy it was to use and how smooth and quiet the wheels are, she really enjoyed it. It makes her feel more independent -- especially since it's almost impossible to find somewhere to sit in most of the stores now a days. For me, it's so much easier to transport than a wheelchair. Even though our wheelchair was "light-weight", my 5-foot frame found it very difficult and cumbersome to fold and lift into the back of our SUV. Plus, they couldn't have made this product easier for you to put together -- you only need to attach the "arms". We both are very pleased and it was well worth the price. ... show more

Wow! This walker is the perfect size for my mother who is 4’11. It can be adjusted to go higher. She weighs 135 lbs and puts the easy to use brakes down and can smoothly turn around and sit down. It maneuvers so smoothly in all directions. And can fit through door widths so easily. It has a mesh basket underneath which comes in handy. Also, I forgot to mention that the seat is cushioned. Not the softest, but a nice firm cushion. One of the best things for those of us who may have to put things together, this walker comes fully assembled! Yay! 😃 You do need to practice folding and opening it up when you go to appointments and so on. I can’t recommend this walker enough for petite people. When I get a chance, I will take a picture or video of it. I hope this review helps. And the red color is beautiful. A couple more things - the materials and build quality are solid. ... show more

The underseat bag snaps have unfastened. Very difficult if impossible to resnap. Poor fit for bag. The small plastic holder piece to hold the walker when folded came off and was lost at the airport. It is easy to maneuver because it is small. After 2 weeks of use on vacation the red color shows several chips. Because I am somewhat short, 5 feet, we opted to buy this petite walker. If you have to have a walker, and I hate that I have to, this is a good one. Sturdy, well-made. I have one upstairs and one downstairs. I am able to load it in the car, which is important.

Bought this for my mom who said she didn't need a walker. Previously she walked very, very, very slowly but with this she zips around like the roadrunner..a slight exaggeration there. It has removed her fear of falling and the size is perfect for her being a petite woman. Because of the smaller size and light weight she is able to maneuver anywhere she wants to go and the storage area is perfect for her books or anything else she wants to take with her. After looking for a suitable walker for weeks.. Reading info, mostly measurements, hight, width & wheel size.. And a return for one that the measurements were deceiving.. I am 5’2”.. and all the other walker were just high enough to make my shoulders hurt.. I searched, smaller, shorter, narrow & child's,.. reveling nothing.. I decided to try (petite).. And that’s when this pretty little walker came into view.. I studied all the criteria about it and read all the reviews.. Made the decision to purchase and had it within 4 days.. Almost fully assembled.. I immediately loved it! It rolls so smooth not like my previous walker that was wide and bumped every corner and facing in my house.. I could stand and walk without hunching my shoulders.. The wheels are made of rubber not slippery plastic.. The color is a deep green/blue.. So I added the lovely peacock bag to transport many items.. The only thing I need to clarify is, While this walker is narrow and glides effortlessly through the house, Which I wanted, it also hosts a narrow seat. So it is less roomy than the standard seat.. So take that into consideration.. But for me, that small sacrifice was worth all the easy gliding from hardwood floors to thick wool rugs and turn on a dime into doorways.. Best Buy I have found!
