Bought this for my mother. Now she has a walker that is great for her petite size. It is very sturdy yet lightweight and am so happy that Mom does not have to have a cumbersome walker to try and walk around with. Elegant and functional. The wheels fold and slide lock is a little tricky at times depending on the direction of the wheels, but overall it's easy to handle, lightweight and very sturdy.     • Nice walker for a smaller person
This has been very helpful for my 82 year old grandma. She is about 4'11" (and shrinking) so we needed a walker that would work with her size and this was very comfortable for her to push and sit in. The chair was easy to assemble and it light weight to get in and out of the car. The only slight downside is that when moving the chair into an upwards position, we've tried locking it but it doesn't always seem to lock in place. Maybe we don't have it fully locked, so I don't think it's necessarily a fault on the walker itself. But that's not too big of a deal when I'm just temporarily putting it upwards to transfer from the house to the car or vice versa. I think if you're looking for a light weight walker for a smaller person, this will a good choice. ... show more

After looking for a suitable walker for weeks.. Reading info, mostly measurements, hight, width & wheel size.. And a return for one that the measurements were deceiving.. I am 5’2”.. and all the other walker were just high enough to make my shoulders hurt.. I searched, smaller, shorter, narrow & child's,.. reveling nothing.. I decided to try (petite).. And that’s when this pretty little walker came into view.. I studied all the criteria about it and read all the reviews.. Made the decision to purchase and had it within 4 days.. Almost fully assembled.. I immediately loved it! It rolls so smooth not like my previous walker that was wide and bumped every corner and facing in my house.. I could stand and walk without hunching my shoulders.. The wheels are made of rubber not slippery plastic.. The color is a deep green/blue.. So I added the lovely peacock bag to transport many items.. The only thing I need to clarify is, While this walker is narrow and glides effortlessly through the house, Which I wanted, it also hosts a narrow seat. So it is less roomy than the standard seat.. So take that into consideration.. But for me, that small sacrifice was worth all the easy gliding from hardwood floors to thick wool rugs and turn on a dime into doorways.. Best Buy I have found!     • Easy to maneuver
My 86 year old mother has bone on bone hip arthritis and needed a walker for balance. First off, it is basically already assembled. There are no instructions on how to put it together but it is easy enough to figure out (or you can google it and see a youtube video on how to put it together. I checked out the youtube video before I bought it). All you have to do is put in the two hand bars which easily adjust for height and the back bar (which snaps into place). It took all of maybe 10 minutes to assemble. (It took longer to open the box and get the items out). My mother used it immediately and I haven't seen her walk that fast in years. The seat is not comfortable (it is very firm) so we will need to purchase a cushion. I have to adjust the brake because is is very hard for mom to push the handle down (but it is adjustable). I bought the petite because it is narrower and lighter than the others. It does not have a metal basket so you cannot see what is inside (which is nice). Very lightweight. My mother is 4'11" and this is perfect for her. ... show more
