This product weighs 25lbs. Wonderful. We researched alot of knee scooters and found that this one sounded right. And it is very sturdy with no feeling of falling over. It glides across my wood floors and is easy to maneuver over low pile carpet. I am 71 years old and recently broke my foot. So, I will be using this for at least 3 months up to 6 months, depending on the healing process. My only complaint is that it's missing 1 hub cap. I'm going to try and contact the selller to see if they will send me one, other than that, 5 stars.

Loved this knee scooter. Was able to get out in the yard more with the better bigger wheels. Having the bag in front sure helps also I used it more the a knee scooter that I also got with the lower hard wheels The only thing I have about complain about this is if someone doesn’t properly fit you to what the correct height of the seat/part you put your knee on height should be. I use it for a few weeks before someone actually told me to lower a little bit more and it made a big difference.

The bigger tires make it better off of pavement. Be careful though because this thing dumped me off face first. My fault but when you crash one of these you fall from a standing position. It’s a long way down. Take your time and be careful. A little divot in my lawn dumped me off.

Very stable. It folds up well. The seat cushion isn’t too hard but I did order extra pad. The instructions were clear and relatively easy to follow. It moves around fairly well but it is all terrain so it is a little more cumbersome, that for safety. Highly recommend. I’m having foot surgery next week, I am an outdoor person so I need to have something dependable to go outside.

We reviewed a lot of these scooters prior to the surgery. We read that the air tires are superior to the solid tires as the solid tires bounce or stop on everything where the air tires are more forgiving. The bag on the front is handy as it allows some freedom with the hands when you are navigating around an area. It moves easily, and stears just as well. I sometimes wished it turned sharper, but I understand that it could become unstable if it did. The cushion is fairly stiff, though we read that, so we already purchased a cover, and there are a lot to choose from. Now here are some critisisms, and you will have to determine if these are deal breakers. The tires. The nobby tires would have great traction, though I'm not sure for what. I'm not going off road, and I'm surprised that for soft rubber, how sharp the nobs are, and they can scratch... it hurts! Especially when you accidentally run over your foot, which can be an issue going backwards. Be careful backing up. One of the front tires will bite you. The brake. If you look at all the photos... I mean really look... you notice there are three different styles of brakes. Two are more on the shaft and act like either a drum or disc brake. Meanwhile... the one we have simply is a bar that puts pressure on the tire. Don't get me wrong, that bar grabs those knobs on the tire and it is a hard stop. But if you are just wanting to slow down.... that brake won't work. As far as I could tell, you cannot specify which one you want. Support. We ordered ours ahead of an elective surgery. Once needed I pulled it out and assembled it. I found a broken plastic piece that provides a snug fit for the seat bar to prevent wobble. I contacted the company, and they asked for pictures, asked what we did. I took pictures, answered their questions. Only to say I was outside of the 30 day warranty. This isn't a fail to work issue. This isn't a poor result of use in a difficult location. It is an issue of a broken part upon arrival. But because I was proactive and purchased the scooter before needed... I'm out of luck on the warranty. I'm not asking for complete replacement. Just a single part. That likely only costs a few pennys. They were quick to respond... to basically quick to say no.
