This exceeded my expectations! Extremely heavy duty build but not heavy to move or load into vehicle. Rolls on gravel better than some of my garden carts. Truly easy to roll on gravel. Comfortable seat, firm locking brakes, generous storage space in the under-seat basket. The backrest is comfortable and provides secure support when I lean back for a rest stop. The number one reason I bought this particular rollator was for resting when I take a walk. It's perfect! Its a bit higher priced than a very similar one, but it's worth the money for the heavy, durable build of this one. I wish I'd bought it a year ago!

This walker is just what I needed for this Spring/Summer. It's fairly easy to put together if you are following the instructions. Easy to adjust the height to fit comfortably when walking and sitting. Very sturdy. Turns very easily and has wheels that will give you traction and support. I look forward to using it as I visit the Zoo or the gardens at the lake.

Very sturdy. Easy to maneuver indoors, as long as you have wide doorways. Works well outdoors, but a little work when going through gravel. The seat and underseat bag are lifesavers. I carry my purse, phone, water, and snacks with room for more. Be sure to adjust the breaks!

I’m 5’ 11” / 294 lbs. & this walker is easy to adjust. It is very comfortable and a sturdy walker with rear brakes. For as beefy as this chair is you might think all 4 wheels would need brakes, but so far the 2 rear brakes are mostly sufficient. They might consider having some type of wheel chocks for stopping on a slope although I haven’t figured a way to do that. The chair portion is great and I have leaned against the back strap without any issues. I added an Accmor bottle and phone holder and placed it on the left handle forward of the braking control. Some type of a headlight and an option for rear red strobe lights if you do any walking near cars. I really do feel much safer with this walker and a lot less unstable or having any tendency toward falling than when I use just a cane.

Sturdy well made and easy to assemble. Feels steady and durable. That means a little more weight but it is extra large so it is what it is. I enjoy it and recommend it. Two niggle. The back brace is just far enough back to be a little uncomfortable. This will vary with ones physical dimensions so it is acceptable however making the back brace adjustable would be nice. My second problem is the seating material. Even though it's textured, it is a slippery material. If I lean all the way back my bottom slides forward. Have to constantly readjust my position. I am looking into non skid options to put on the seat so I stay planted. At last resort, I'll have the seat reupholstered in a less slippery material.

Perfect size for my 6’8” tall husband. Easy assembly. Very sturdy. Steerability is excellent. Also has a nice seat with storage under it. Does take space for transport—-seats down in my SUV, but well worth it!

I was totally happy with the walker until I needed customer service. My doctor stated that I needed to raise the handlebars up one notch and that is where I had an issue. The silver metal piece on one ide that locks in came loose broke off inside the handlebar and now I can't use the walker. The problem is that you can't get ahold of customer support for help. In my opinion the product is only as good as the support behind the product. I spent top dollar on this product and now it is no use to me because I can't get in contact with this company to pay for a replacement part. Buyer beware because I do love the product but can't get any support.
