Excellent design for a massage chair. I didn’t expect it, but it elevated the room and provided ample amounts of comfort. Best for slimmer folk. At 140 and 5’8, my body fits comfortably between the bars that the massage rollers glide along. However, due to my size (30 inch waist), I found that the air bags don’t apply much squeezing pressure on my hips—they get my wife though! There’s a bit of a learning curve with respect to the remote, but after a few references, you can fine tune many of settings to ensure your neck and shoulders are within reach of the rollers. Intensity is managed via a hex wrench on the bottom (which can be annoying if you and your significant other prefer different levels). Assembly is extremely easy. However, getting it out of the box is difficult as the egg-like shape makes it challenging to grip. Also, I didn’t think I’d like Bluetooth speakers, but they really do offer another deeper relaxation. There rollers will only reach the bottom of your glutes, which makes your hamstrings and calves feel a little left out. They have newer model that offers an easier to use remote, slightly larger frame, and few different massage modes, but at a much higher price. This thing is 100% worth the money. You won’t sink into it like one of the larger, uglier chairs. But it does a smashing job on localized massages from the neck to glute.

I have an Infinity Riage CS and bought this chair for another location. Although I love the Infinity, this one has a distinctive look that avoids the oversized baby car seat design of many other massaging chairs. - the massage settings are much stronger than the Infinity chair with no option to change the strength. If you’re not sitting properly in the chair, the massage mechanism will surely cause discomfort. - The speakers are a surprising useful feature. I honestly thought that these were a gimmick. Once I connected my phone, I was surprised how immersive the sound is. The speakers are aimed toward your ears and it’s quite remarkable how good they sound while not disturbing others around you (at low-medium volume). -The build quality of the chair is excellent. It exudes style and quality with no loose threads or cheap materials. Although, the remote does feel plasticky and flimsy. -Most importantly, when the massager is not in use, it tucks nicely behind your head and you won’t feel any part of the massage mechanism (unlike the Infinity chair). This is probably the most important feature. Listen, I have no idea who Nouhaus is. They seem to be primarily a furniture company; not a therapeutic chair company. When you spend this much money on a chair you hope that it never breaks or requires service. That still worries me. However, if that does happen, it’s nice to know that this chair will still serve a purpose. It has a timeless modern/mid-century design that not only is comfortable but can class up whatever room you place it in. I can’t say that about the Infinity Riage.

Beautiful and perfect! We bought the white one. The customer service was fabulous - super timely, super helpful and even followed up after delivery. I had three colors of this chair in my cart and when I placed the order, I purchased the wrong color. I immediately contacted the seller, they updated my order, we got the color we wanted and all is great. It feels wonderful and looks great too not being too huge and unattractive. There are lot of options for massages to tailor the mood and need. My husband and I fit great in it - we are average size 5'7, 140 and 5'10, 185. Very good investment.

The chair is stylish and easy to setup. I am just under 6ft tall and I cannot fit into the chair comfortably. I tried so hard to find a comfortable position, but you have to be short to use the chair. This item needs a height restriction requirement. It's going to be a huge pain to return.

Although the chair is certainly more attractive than most massage chairs, I have to say that it isn't particularly comfortable to simply sit in, as the massaging mechanism 'parks' in a rather uncomfortable position. The mechanics of the chair don't recess out of the way, and pokes uncomfortably out at you. Further, unless a deep tissue massage is your thing, you may want to look elsewhere, as this thing is aggressive, bordering on uncomfortable, especially in the upper back area. Despite the claim that the chair is made of full grain leather, I would dispute that, at least in my instance. The seating area and armrests appear to be vinyl, and the back area is a cloth material. The chair is also small. If space is a concern, the chair would almost fit anywhere, however if you are large in stature, this chair is going to be a challenge, as it is tight in the hips and shoulders, and sits low. Given the price of the chair, I feel that it lacks in a number of ways. I don't return an awful lot of items, but sadly, this may be one of them...

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this chair over other massage chairs because it looked more like a piece of furniture.i did t want one of those zero gravity chairs in my living room. Comfort: It is comfortable and the massage chair works well.

I’ve had this chair for a while and it works alright. First, if you’re over 5’10” this chair will not fit you. Your shoulders will be scrunched in on you. Second, this chair is not comfortable to sit in unless you’re actively being massaged. Three, after more than 3 sessions, this thing can hurt you. So be careful. If that’s the kind of pressure you want, then this is perfect. Also, it doesn’t really recline, it sort of falls back fifteen degrees. It looks good though and it fits the aesthetic of the room I have it in. The leather has stayed decent looking though even after I’d guess 100 massages.
