If you have curly hair you already know nothing works perfectly right out of the gate. There is always a learning curve and this set definitely comes with one. The sculpting gel is the star for me. It defines curls and smooths flyaways without turning my hair into a crunchy helmet which already puts it ahead of most gels I have tried. The mousse is fine. I do not hate it. I also do not love it. That may be a me problem because I am just not a big mousse person in general so take that for what it is worth. Once I figured out the right combo and amounts my curls finally cooperated and I stopped fighting my reflection which feels like success. If you are willing to experiment a little this set can absolutely work for you. Also it smells great!

Works amazing, all 3 products work wonderfully and brought out my curls. I always thought I has straight hair and had been styling it like it was straight for my whole life, and I found out recently that it was in fact very wavy, so I bought these products and from day 1 I saw the results, best paired with a bonnet at night for maximum results in the morning. Products hold curls, make your hair smell wonderful, makes hair last several days with proper care, and no frizz especially with bonnet. I have long, thicker hair and this worked wonders. It keeps hair hydrated and feels clean even after using the product.

my daughter asked for this for Christmas. She loves it. Her hair is not dry. The longevity lasted all day. Her curls were nice and soft. The curls were not heavy. I’d say the quality of the product overall is pretty good and that’s coming from a licensed cosmetologist.
