Don't get me wrong; it works, but there are two things, 1) sugar holding cup is a little small 2) it takes 5 mins to melt the sugar. So if you want to make 1 or 2 cotton candies in one sitting, it is a good bank for the buck. But if you have a large family, this is painful.

I purchased this product for our family game night and it did not work at all. We had purchased all of the products and the children were excited only to be disappointed by us taking a dirty, filthy, used machine out of the box. It was disgusting! The machine had leftover cotton candy in the machine and was missing parts. Very unsanitary! Game night was ruined, but what was even worse is I was not offered a new machine or my money back. Bought this for personal use and it works great. The manual says to use a tablespoon of flossing sugar and that only makes a small amount of cotton candy. Like maybe a little bit bigger than the size of an ear of corn. That’s my only complaint.
