It is perfect for post-operative and post-traumatic edema, shoulder arm vein thrombosis, and primary and secondary stage 1 lymphedema of the arm. The arm medical sleeve is constructed from the finest quality fabrics to deliver exceptional comfort and support. It is designed using the special Clima-comfort technology to keep the skin cool and dry. The arm sleeve is ideal for post-operative and post-traumatic edema, primary and secondary stage I lymphoedema of the arm, and shoulder arm vein thrombosis. Completely free of latex and cotton, this compression sleeve is perfect for machine wash and tumble dry. Do not dry clean or iron the arm sleeve.

When I got this, I was so pleased. It is very comfortable and I will order again but I may try to find one that is longer in length. I ordered the extra wide band at the top because that's where most of my swelling is and it's the first compression sleeve I bought that doesn't hurt me from the band at the top being too tight. When I ordered this it showed that it was a sleeve nothing on hand but what came was a sleeve that came over the hand ordered size 6 but size II (2) came it fit but was tight and didn’t go up my upper arm enough so a little disappointed it doesn’t need to be worn all time so I just let it go

I developed lymphedema in my left arm following my mastectomy and will always have to wear a compression arm sleeve. Since these sleeves don't last forever, new ones have to be purchased every few months and buying one from a local retailer has gotten really pricey. While this sleeve is a little thicker than the one I have been using from Juzo, it is less expensive than that one and does the compression job fine. I got one in beige and one in black. Will buy again.
