We really liked this hot dog steamer. It arrived fast, was packaged well, and was ready to use right away. It’s very easy to use — just fill the water, load it up, and turn the dial. At about 15 minutes everything comes out perfectly: steamed buns, brats, and hot dogs all cooked evenly with that classic ballpark texture. The bun compartment is bigger than it looks, though not quite as big as the product description suggests. We could comfortably fit about five hot‑dog‑length buns, and since it’s just steaming, you can stack another five on top. If you turn a few sideways, you might squeeze in around twelve total. For hot dogs, it holds quite a few — maybe not the full “20” they claim, but it easily handled around sixteen without crowding. Keep in mind the hot dogs don’t roll around — they sit flat in the tray — but the amount of steam it produces is plenty, so they still cook evenly and come out great. It also has a nice loud beep when the cycle is done. We set it to the max setting, but honestly, they were probably finished before that. The taste really does come out like stadium hot dogs and brats. The design has that great nostalgic red look, which we really liked. The plastic does feel a bit thin, and my only long‑term concern would be how it holds up to repeated heating and rapid cooling over time. I bought this on a whim for my two young daughters to "help make dinner". It is an extremely easy set up. Filtered water goes into the bottom most tray just below the MAX line, then hot dogs or polish sausages in the next tray, followed by your choice of bun in the final tray. You simply plug in and set the turn knob to "High". Fifteen minutes later you have a meal any stadium would be proud to serve. It's simple and easy to clean up. So far we have tried various hot dog brands as well as the larger Polish sausages. I'd have to say the Polish sausages with a sweet (Hawaiian bread or simply Sweet) hot dog bun our the favorite. You don't even need mustard or any other condiment to accompany these dogs. They are perfect from tray to bun to mouth as is. I am VERY impressed at the simplicity and taste. This is a wonderful family appliance and makes dinners cheap and readily available. I'd go so far as to say a MUST for every family home.

This is an awesome little product, it's made of plastic but it works fantastic. Just don't leave the buns on the top too long or they get soggy. The reason I'm returning this is because it leaked on the bottom. I had to put it on a towel. I didn't think I had too much water in it. I filled it according to the directions. Nevertheless, I would recommend this product. It is an awesome little hot dog, warmer and a great seller. It came very quickly. I highly recommend
