I don't usually leave reviews, but for this product I felt I must. Hopefully it will help other women in need if this type of product. Having been bedridden for almost a year and a half I have gone through many adult diapers. I found they were all heavily padded in the front and ightly in the back. While obviously that would be great for me, but not for women. First off we aren't designed for that, men are they urinate in front but women, especially when laying down, tend to have our urine travel down and back. After much frustration and discomfort, I thought I'd try a new brand again and keep my fingers crossed. After much searching I thought I would try NorthShore. I had recently switched to using their wipes when the ones I had been using, (which had been a top brand), had begun producing a cheaper version of their original. The wipes were fantastic. My husband whom on occasion helps me with clean up said they were far better than what we had been using Upon receiving the Northshore Over night diapers I noticed right away the heavy blue section went all the way from front to back. I knew it would insure better coverage. Next was the cut of the diaper, more streamlined and it fit much more comfortably around my legs. Not a lot of material down the front and back of the legs, like the other brands. The tabs are longer making it easier for fastening,and not the velcro type tabs you usually get, that can get stuck wrong or catch in the wrong spot as your trying to fasten them. There is not a lot of of bulky elastic excess bunching around the legs that normally make for a lot of itching. All in all I'd say these are, in my opinion, the best on the market for comfort. One other issue to cover, leakage, I literally have had none, neither sitting up or laying down. They wick the moisture away quite well and I can wear these longer than any of the other brands. These cost a little more than I'm use to paying, but considering the comfortably, less changes they are definitely worth it.

Bought these for my elder mother for upcoming long vacation. Tested them out overnight just to make sure and wow they are really worth it! No leaks, kept her dry overnight her underpads stayed dry the whole night. I was hesitant at first because they are quite expensive but honestly so worth it! If youâre looking for strong protection get these.

If you want the best when it comes to quality then look no further. Are they expensive? YES. Are they worth it? To me they are. These are the best when it comes to Adult Incontinence Solutions. The quality is top notch, if you you doubt buy a pack of 4 and compare. Face it, now days if you want quality you are going to have to pay for it. Now these are just like the diapers of the old days. Plastic, loud and do cause the wearer to sweat. But the absorption is the best I've ever seen. Also have to applauded North Shore on color and size options. Are there other cheaper options? Sure their are but for me, my significant other is worth the extra cost. If you are tired of being let down by other products, try a 4 pack and you will be surprised.

âWe've noticed w/last several orders a significant change in the adhesive strips. The protective strip no longer peels easily. The adhesive is sticking more to the protective strip & it's tearing the plastic on the booster pad which in turn is not allowing the pad to stay positioned in the diapers. Unsure whether a lot issue, a warehouse storage issue, or manufacturing change. Needs attention!â The above was cut & pasted from another message posted two days ago. It is the exact same problem I am having with the product. And it should be addressed considering the price of the product. Before this problem arose the product was expensive but worth it for the high quality.

This product is AMAZING!!! Super absorbent, locks in odor, super strong sticky tabs, nice smooth plastic backing AND it comes in several colors! :D I've had no issues wearing these to work, amusement park, fun festivals, etc. I buy these all the time, they're a very important staple in my stash. I love them so much! 5/5 stars for absorbency! I can wear these all day and feel 100% protected! I normally change every 6-8(MAX) hours, usually every 6 though and I've never had a leak in that time. I/5 stars for comfort because sometimes find I have to adjust the extra wing plastic that's on the inside of the diaper because it can kind of scrunch together and it can be a little uncomfortable, but that's easily fixed by re-straightening them. And in the summer, these diapers can get pretty warm since these ones are plastic backed, they're not breathable like a cloth-backed one would be. For more breathable protection, I buy the MegaMax AirLocks from NorthShore. They're the same as these just cloth-backed. 5/5 stars for the price. Yes, these are a little on the pricier side, but I've never found anything on the same level as these that aren't AB/DL products and even these are about the same as those, so I think they're very well priced. The quality is worth the extra money in my opinion. Overall, I think these are amazing diapers and definitely worth the cost!!! :D 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!

The NorthShore MegaMax Overnight 12âHour Diapers were disappointing. The plastic backing felt oversized and bulky, and the tabs tore easilyâone even ripped a hole straight through the diaper. They were extremely noisy, which made them uncomfortable for the patient, and they struggled to remove them quickly, so I canât say whether they would actually last the full 12 hours. Thankfully, the pack only came with four. Due to their size and stiffness, they were also difficult to put on properly
