  • Exceptional Comfort and Protection
Size: Medium Unit Count: 42
The Abena Abri-Form Comfort Plastic-Backed Briefs are hands down one of the best products in their category. The Level 4 absorbency provides *outstanding protection*, giving me complete peace of mind throughout the day and night. The fit is perfect—secure yet comfortable, with a design that adjusts well to medium and large sizes. The plastic backing ensures no leaks, and it feels durable without being bulky or noisy. Plus, the material is gentle on the skin, making it ideal for extended wear. A 42-count pack is excellent value, especially for such a high-quality product. If you’re looking for reliability, comfort, and superior absorbency, this is the way to go. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Good Quality, Tapes could use improvement
Size: Large Unit Count: 12
Very Good Absorbency. Tapes could be better but still hold somewhat. Definitely worth the buy when purchase more than one bag at a time.

  • Very good, buuuut…
Size: Large Unit Count: 12
Overall I think these are definitely good diapers, and would especially suggest them to anyone on a budget. Pros: - Thickness. Can handle multiple wettings/messes with no issue. - Price - Softness; these aren’t super stiff, and feel great, especially for long periods of time. Cons: - Fitting. Take time to really make sure these fit well, cause if not, you’ll start to leak around 4 or 5 wettings. This is remedied by investing in a decent diaper cover. - Tape. Some of them are fine, but I’ve found the tape pulls off easily on some, making it stressful to have to de-clothe just to replace the tape. All in all, would suggest! Give them a shot and see how they fit first, but you can’t beat the price. ... show more

  • The best balance of features out of any adult diaper, by far.
The Abena X-Plus is my go-to adult diaper. I've tried plenty of brands over the years, but so far none can beat the X-Plus in terms of being a well balanced product. For me, the X-Plus provides the best balance of overall comfort, great absorbency, consistent quality, and total coverage area. Although there are a lot of specialty diapers on the market that have more absorbancy, I find the competitors to Abena's products don't often fit as well and I experience frequent leaks, particularly from the leg gathers. The Abena X-Plus is superior in this regard because the lower tapes are actually pretty low on the wings of the diaper, so it's possible to get a tight seal around each leg. The upper tapes are high enough you can get a good fit around your waistline, and that helps hold the diaper up when it's getting very saturated. Those two qualities alone go a long way in preventing leaks and letting the diaper do it's job. Many others I've tried will have both tapes higher up on the wings, and that's when I have issues with leaks from the leg area. Another beneficial attribute is the great coverage offered by the X-Plus. The absorbent material is plenty wide throughout the crotch area of the diaper, and extends pretty high up in the front and back. This means that you're well protected in almost every circumstance, as there is plenty of material available regardless of how your body is positioned. Whether you're standing, sitting, or sleeping, the X-Plus performs admirably. The fact the absorbent material rises up further than other diapers makes me feel a lot more secure when wearing these, as I know there's plenty of absorbency to go around, and I don't have to worry about leaks. Further, these do a fantastic job of wicking moisture across all of the absorbent material, as Abena uses a balanced mix of wood pulp and super absorbent polymer. This means the diaper will naturally balance out wetness across all of the absorbent material over time, which helps maximize time between changes and keeps you feeling drier in between. I also like that these are still plastic backed - I've had too many issues with cloth backed diapers either leaking through the backing material or quite frankly allowing too much odor to escape. For those that are caregivers, or for those who have a caregiver, you'll be glad to know that the wetness indicators on the outside of the diaper work very well. They turn from yellow to blue in the presence of initial wetness, and once the blue indicators start to fade it's about time to change. Not everybody will care about this feature, but it's there and it works for those who need it. Overall, these are the best of the best in my opinion. There are other diapers on the market that may do one single thing better than the Abena X-Plus, but I've never found a product that is superior in more than just one aspect. I've been wearing these for over 10 years, and as much as I have tried all the alternatives, the X-Plus continually remains my favorite. ... show more

  • Very good :)
Size: Medium Unit Count: 14
This was for a friend of mine who is incontinent. She says it absorbs alot and she doesn’t leak much which is great. The fit was pretty good. Shes usually in between small and medium in some brands . She said these fit her well. Its not as thick but dont let that deter you! This product is more than meets the eye. She says don’t worry about trying to find another product because these are the ones she will wear now. The design is medical which is okay :) she says they work well for her IC. Definitely purchase! ... show more

  • Once a good brand for incontinence, now tired and worn experts at the top of the bell curve.
Size: Large Unit Count: 12
Abena used to make a much better project, but it seems they're trying desperately to master mediocrity. Managing incontinence for 30 years, these used to be my go-to, but I dropped the brand years ago for better performing options. While traveling recently, needed to order supplies and the only 'next-day' option on Amazon was Abena. Capacity and comfort have always been good; but the quality of their tapes and pad construction is terrible. The deciding factors for me to change brands ten years ago were Abena's push to 'cloth-like' covers and their horrible tapes that tore or failed to hold. While Abena still offers these with smooth plastic backing, their tape quality is still very poor. On every brief, the tabs on the right side were either broken or folded in the middle of the tab - making it impossible to secure the brief well. Abena needs to improve their QA/QC process. While I understand this line of product has been in place for a long time, and I'd venture a guess the machines used to produce them is worn - Abena needs to make the decision: either keep the line and improve production or end the production and move on... ... show more

  • Great diaper
Size: Medium Unit Count: 42
These are super absorbent. I’m able to go all night and into the next morning with just one diaper. It’s great considering the cost of diapers. The only issue I have is after they are about half full if I’m laying on my side and and empty my bladder they will leak through the leg cuffs even with them being pretty tight. But all and all a great diaper. ... show more
