Great to keep my kitties safe from the dog. The little plastic thingy at the bottom to determine which way the gate swings is not stable and mostly pops out of place. I5 is not a problem for m6 situation howevet

This gate is very nice looking and sturdy. It was very easy to install, but I suggest reading the installation instructions before you do anything. Someone I will not name, removed a tag before reading the instructions which made it more difficult to install. So, don't remove any tags until after you read the instructions. Had the tag not been removed, it would have taken literally 5 minutes to install. The adjustable dog/cat door is great! I can make it small enough to let my cat get through but not our puppy. I am buying a second gate today. I think that's a testament to how terrific this gate truly is! You can't go wrong with this gate!!

Got this to keep our two dogs separated after a fight that resulted in me getting bit. Perfect height to keep even my tall German Shepherd from jumping. Easy installation and secure enough that I always feel safe leaving them separated by the gate. Swinging cat door was a great feature to allow our cats to still roam freely. Locking mechanism was a little hard to do one handed when I was in a splint but is very secure and would be childproof if you were using this for small children.

I wish I had chose this gate before any others! (All the rest were disappointments.) it doesn’t hurt my hands to open and close! It looks great too and the cats can’t jump it like the others. Absolutely perfect. Will replace all the others with this slowly but surely (and if I didn’t have a budget it would be right now!)
