i went to mongolia hopefully to use the watch compass and altimeter. the altimeter doesn’t work and there is moisture behind the lens and fogs up. a total disappointment - battery life is perfect

I am tech savy and budget conscious. So i wanted to see what this thing is all about. I like the weight and size of the watch woth tue rubber wriat strap. It feels great on the wrist but its not worth the price for the technology. Hard to see in the day and the light doesnt stay on long enough to even get a thought across your brain. The instructions for this thing are horrible. Even the videos on youtube are useless. It's frustrating to have to jog through settings to get what you want to find. Setting up the compass, altimeter and barometer is confusing and probably accurate to questionable tolerance. I am going on a archery deer hunting trip this weekend for the opener and wanted a watch that can help me monitor the current conditions as we have to climb to a mountain peak, camp and hunt the deer as they come back up to bed down on the day. I need to know an accurate barometric preasure to see if the deer will hang low or head straight up. Seaching through thes settings on this watch I'd going to be a waste of time and distracting. Plus I'm hesitant to trust the accuracy. Again tolerance on this watch is all over the place. Temp guage changes from when you calibrate it to when it's on your wrist. It's frustrating.... I will come back and update this review after this weekend. For now I'm going to be wasting time trying to calibrate it and get comfortable with the settings. ... show more

Though it describes it as having Bluetooth, I haven't discovered it on this watch. However, everything else about it is superb! A heavy duty all around great watch.

    • Rather difficult to set up
I’m not exactly the tech type person, so thus is sort of out of my league to set up. I was able to set time, date, year and the simple stuff. All other features had to be set up by my somewhat tech savvy friends. Overall, the time piece is excellent for my/our needs.

    • IT FOGS!
The watch's bottom right button fell off about a week after purchasing it (I was able to reattach it) and I'm assuming it is not waterproof or sealed well due to the fact that the inside of the glass fogs up in any humidity (I only wore it in the shower 3 times, never submerged). Also not the most comfortable watch if you have wrist bones. Otherwise it works fine. ... show more
