With anything refurb I always get nervous purchasing. This watch came 9.5 out of 10. Couple tiny scratches that you really have to look for. The band that they send it with for me was absolutely terrible. Barely fit around wrist and just felt cheap but I was already planing on replacing it. The watch it self is great. Everything looks awesome from the screen to the finish. I have a titanium band and makes it look nice and fancy. Screen quality is great, I put a screen protector on immediately. Haven’t tested out the water resistance. Call quality is what I’d expect from a watch. Only thing that’s a little annoying and it’s an Apple issue is when I’m working out it constantly pauses the workout. Over all I would recommend this and for the price it’s amazing ... show more

Amazon review I've never owned a smart watch because I'm really hard on watches and I just thought they were expensive, fragile gadgets. When my wife got one for health reasons, I saw how useful the watch was and how many ways I could use it. I started looking on Amazon, found the refurbished watches on Woot (Amazon) , found a good price on an Ultra 2 gps+cellular and ordered one. I really love this watch. I love the bigger face, longer battery life and extra features. As stated in the description, the watch was in excellent condition. After it arrived, I wore it a couple of days to make sure it was what I wanted and that it felt good on my wrist. I liked wearing the watch. I ordered a watch face protector because of my bad luck of banging my watches into every hard object I get near. The protector fits great and isn't noticeable on the watch. I also ordered a heavier duty watch band so I wouldn't lose it during hikes and bike rides. I use it for monitoring my health and tracking my sleep and exercise routine. It is easy to start and finish any type of exercise you know of and many you don't. Knowing how much exercise I'm actually doing during the day keeps me from sitting in the chair too long. It also makes it fun competing against myself. I put the watch on my cellular service and it works well. I enjoy having access to my phone and many apps without bringing my iPhone. Based on my experience, I definitely recommend the refurb watch. No problems and it came in an excellent, like new condition. I also recommend the Ultra 2 for watch face size, longer battery and low power mode, brighter screen, waterproof depth and ruggedness. ... show more

First the good. The watch is fine, and was actually in really good shape for being used. The previous owner must Allah have paid for the two years of prepaid apple care, because the watch still has a couple months of coverage left. The bad. The strap it came with was not a real apple band. It feels impossibly cheap. Like if I paid $5 for it on Temu I would feel like I overpaid. The listing doesn't specifically say it comes with the apple band, but it also also doesn't say it doesn't. The fact that the used capitalized terms with the exact same description that apple uses for their genuine ones feels pretty intentionally misleading. It was also so short it was useless for me. Same desk with the charger. It isn't apple, and it is the cheapest charger you could possibly get. I've logged several charges with usb test equipment, and it never goes above 0.18A, which is 0.9W. The real apple one is 18W, so charging takes literally 20X longer with the charger provided then it would with the one originally sold with the watch. Fortunately I already have a couple genuine apple fast chargers, and I ordered a titanium link bracelet with the watch. But if you factor in the additional $130 it would cost you to buy the band and charger that absolutely should have come with the watch it looks like much less of a deal. I wouldn't have bought this had i known, which is probably why the listing forgets to mention them. That said, the watch itself is fine, in good condition, has 100% battery life and couple months of apple care+. I'm not going to return it, so I went with 3 stars ... show more

Solid deal for being used. Mine came with some small abrasions to the case, but the sapphire was in perfect condition. Battery health was 98%. No regrets on the watch itself. The accessories are garbage. The band, blue ocean style, is clearly a knockoff and terrible, it came apart day 1. The charger takes hours. Plan on buying new bands and charger. ... show more

I was initially a little nervous about buying a refurbished Apple Watch Ultra 2, but this turned out to be an excellent purchase. The watch arrived exactly as described. It initially had a very low battery and needed some time on the charger before powering up, which is completely understandable for a device that may have been sitting in inventory. Once charged, it paired with my iPhone without any issues. I’ve now been wearing it for almost a month, and it has performed flawlessly. The battery health is 92%, and everything works exactly as it should. Cosmetically, the watch exceeded my expectations. It has only very minor signs of wear that are barely noticeable, and overall it looks almost new. At this price, it was an outstanding value compared to buying new. I purchased a reconditioned Apple Watch Ultra from Amazon, and the watch itself has been excellent. It arrived in very good cosmetic condition, functions perfectly, and I’ve been very happy with the watch itself. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the included watch band. As soon as I removed the band from the watch, two of the small metal retention pieces that slide into the watch body fell out, making the band unusable. Shortly afterward, the latch at the end of the strap also separated from the body of the band. The listing indicated this was an original Apple band, but based on my experience, I’m not convinced it is—or, if it is, it certainly wasn’t inspected carefully before being included with the reconditioned watch. I contacted Amazon requesting a credit to help cover the cost of a replacement band, but I never received a response. Overall, I’d still recommend the reconditioned Apple Watch Ultra because the watch itself has been outstanding. I just wish the seller or refurbisher would stand behind the accessories they include and help offset the cost of replacing a defective band.
