I decided to get a smart(er) watch after getting back into working out. I was adding my walks and workouts manually into the Samsung health app and tracking meals with myfitnesspal. I was doing okay, but I found myself wondering if the calories burned, steps, etc were accurate. The watch arrived overnight which was nice and easy to set up. Battery seems to last around 1.5+ days so far; I'm also messing around with it as it's new, connecting it to apps and just using it in general. It tracks my sleep which is one I'm interested in, as while i don't feel super tired in the morning I feel like I'm waking up more often than I was a year or so ago. I like the look, the orange band was selected because I honestly have a lot of watches and wanted something to pair with some more colorful outfits. It fits snugly on my wrist. Only been a couple of days so far but I am seeing this as 5☆. If that changes i will update the review. Update 3/13/25 : had it about a month now, wearing it daily. i like it a lot for the exercise options and tracking certain things. when i get on the treadmill, i can select the treadmill exercise on the watch and track my heart rate, steps, time, distance on the watch which is then sent over to my phone when i select finish. battery still seems to last about 1.5 days, maybe 2 if i let it go all the way to 1% or so. As with any electronic device, i was a bit worried about wearing it in the shower but i have done so numerous times without issue. i will say that i read online some people have had issues with water and it may not be covered on a warranty so beware of that. ... show more

    • Still not the best
Always been a fan of Smart Watches; and while this watch is great, I still believe the Apple Watch beats it in terms of overall consistent smoothness. The only major gripe is the exercise feature doesn't always detect reps properly; and sometimes reps are detected while getting into position. The battery was so bad at first; but after the first 2-3 days battery life got so much better. It needs some sort of usage analysis. During sleep, the watch loses about 8% battery; but a quick charge brings it back up to 100%. I love the easy integration with the App and the many features (heart rate, stress, body composition, breathing exercises, etc.) I love the size, since I usually wear big watches; even with relatively thin wrists. The abundance of 3rd party watch bands are always a plus. The easy snap-on feature make swapping them a breeze. I have installed a tempered glass screen protector and so far, the touch sensitivity isn't affected or degraded. I have gotten the watch wet a few times; mostly b/c of sweat and a quick wash - thanks to the IP rating; so no need to worry about that. I love that I can play Spotify from the watch speaker. Sucks that not all apps can use speaker - I'm looking at you Audible. ... show more
