When I received this Apple Watch, it was refurbished excellent condition. It was beautiful. It works so well. I can’t imagine paying out full price for a brand new one within an hour of setting this up. I had an update to a ten. I’ve had this for three weeks now and am in love with it. The only thing I can say is I did go out and buy a better. The charger that came with it was new, but made the battery hot and also the charger hot so I just bought a new charger and I had no problems. I like this one so much that when my son wanted to get an Apple Watch, I told him he had to go to Amazon and he had to find one that was refurbished. Excellent. ... show more

Although it took a while for me to receive my , upon opening the package, the watch was in a different box not the original Apple box and the actual Apple Watch and bands were in a clear plastic bag with no instructions, but that’s OK because set up gives you all the instructions you need. Battery capacity is at 92 which is pretty good for a refurbished product. The only downside about the set up was how the download did take a while and the time did move up and down, but I ate eventually updated. As for physical appearance, there is one almost unnoticeable scratch but other than that it looks brand new. Overall, I feel like for the price that I paid it was worth it. It’s a really good watch and I would recommend people buy it. I’m only giving it four out of five stars only because of the shipping which is not really the sellers fault but more of FedEx and Amazon because apparently they got the address messed up. But besides all of that, everything‘s good everything‘s great and if you’re reading this, I think you should buy it cause I’m very happy with where I got. ... show more

    • Poor battery life
I bought myself a refurbished series 8 Apple watch last year. I was upgrading myself after having a series 4 about five years because the battery was starting to go. After I got the watch, it took a couple weeks for the battery to figure things out and hold charge for a full day. Now about 10 months in it is again dying before the end of the day. I’ve reached out for support, but I am 99% sure they’re going to respond and say I’m outside of their 30 day return window. When you spend hundreds of dollars on a watch, you expect it to last more than 10 months. I don’t believe batteries can be changed in the Apple Watches so this is just going to go in the trash. Don’t buy refurbished! It’s 12:46 PM and I’m already down to 41% battery life left for the day. It will probably die around 5 PM. ... show more
