  • The best home treadmill on the market!
Style: Commercial 1750 (New) Color: Black
Excellent treadmill! We didn't subscribe to the iFit app, but there are a few free videos on there that are pretty fun. We have ours set up in front of a wall mounted TV, so we just watch a program or the news, and before you know it, the workout is done! The treadmill is very sturdy, and the incline is fast and smooth. It even goes to negative grade, which is more realistic to the outdoor experience. We don't fold ours up, as we have it in a permanent place in the room, and don't need to walk around it or move it. But the functionality of that option works great, and we did use it to roll the treadmill in place after assembly. It's a bit heavy to move, but it's doable. It's not something I'd want to do on a regular basis, but it's good for occasional moving, and it's nice to fold it up to clean under and around it. The assembly is pretty straightforward, and the hardware and tools needed are all included, and mounted onto cardboard and are numbered to match each step along the way. Make sure you have a helper for the assembly! It's quite heavy, and some of the parts, especially the console and screen, really require two people. ... show more

  • Great way to sweat at home
Style: Commercial 1750 (New) Color: Black
We were on the fence on purchasing a high end treadmill. We went back and forth between Peloton/Sole/NordicTrack. At the end of the day, we chose correctly. I had read that NordicTrack has the best library of scenic/guided hikes and runs, and boy do they ever. Between my partner and I, we've gone for runs/walks in Vietnam, Italy, Romania, Tanzania and Hawaii. We've created custom warm up routines that we can schedule on the calendar to get going before a proper run. We've also been able to watch our favorite tv shows and movies while we workout if we're just looking to turn our brains off while we get our steps in. If you're looking for a plain treadmill that just does basic functions, this is probably overkill. If you're looking for extra content and guided runs and walks, the 1750 will be exactly what you're looking for. All the iFit extras are what make this machine great. Some positives: Hardware: The manual adjust for elevation and speeds for guided workouts are seamless and quick. The speed adjust on elevation is especially impressive compared to some other models I've used. The treadmill itself has a great "cushion" on impact for running. Very easy on the knees. It has a solid base and feels firmly rooted to the ground. Software: Love the extent of iFIt workouts and trainers. The search features are great at finding you new workouts with new trainers/locations. The ability to listen to music (whether Spotify or Last.fm) gives your workouts an extra level of intensity when you need it. The ability to watch Amazon or Netflix while walking/running is also great. The video and audio quality is great, and Bluetooth works pretty well with our Airpods. Some things that could be improved on the software/hardware side that would make it 10x better: Hardware: USB slot on the side: If you rest your hand (to brace) while using the menu, I'm often getting shocked by the UBS slot. It's pretty annoying, but it's not a deal breaker at all. I think moving that to the bottom where you wouldn't necessarily brace your hand would be a better solution. One additional annoyance is that Bluetooth gets "hung up" sometimes and it just won't connect. I've learned to turn on the machine and get logged in before putting my Airpods in. This has caused me to have to break previous habits because I normally put my Airpods in before I workout. The easier fix I've found when this happens is to hit the power button and wait a few seconds. Software: A separate slide adjuster for Spotify so I can listen to my music while going on a guided workout. The volume is identical for the trainer and Spotify so I can't hear them over my music. Means that I have to resort to last.fm. Last.fm has the separate slider. Not a deal breaker, but would be a small change that would be very nice. The ability to "link" workouts. I have a programmed warmup and would love to link workouts together without having to go through the cooldown and summary and then manually queue up the next one. All things considered, a great piece of equipment that has aided me in losing some serious weight over the last month. ... show more

  • Issues from day 1
Style: Commercial 1750 (New) Color: Black
I was really excited to purchase this treadmill after being an iFIT user for so many years and wanting a treadmill that was compatible rather than having to continue using my iPad. Unfortunately, the treadmill did not work correctly when I received it. I was able to log into my account but was unable to adjust the speed except in full increments as the manual buttons caused every program to stop. This meant I could either take it easy or push myself hard, but slow progression was not an option. We were on with the Nordic track customer service department for almost 2 hours to problem solve and finally get approved for repair. I do appreciate that they sent the part with no charge and contracted a repair person to fix it. Apparently this is a known issue with this treadmill, which makes it even more frustrating. Now that it’s fixed it works well and is a great treadmill overall. Probably not worth the price though. Update: a month later and there is another issue requiring a technician to come back. Now the speakers have stopped working. Looks like the connections are loose so they are having to replace the entire panel. Unless you enjoy using your treadmill for months as an over sized paper weight while you wait for parts and a repair person. Skip Nordic Trak and find another brand. ... show more

  • Excellent Treadmill!
Style: Commercial 1750 (New) Color: Black
This is my second Nordic Track treadmill. In my opinion, they are the best on the market. It is relatively easy to put together with two people. My husband and I did it in about 2 hours. The manual is a terrific help. Once it was operational, I jumped on and the roller was out of alignment. We looked it up and found the way to adjust this easily. It is a pretty quiet treadmill and has great incline and speed variety. It is heavy duty so you feel really stable when walking or running on it. There is a feature where you can purchase the IFit programs. I had this previously and found many of the workouts to be a bit too easy, but the variety is great. I highly recommend this treadmill! ... show more

  • 5 star machine and warranty
Style: Commercial 1750 (New) Color: Black
-2 stars for ifit and their updates. Their updates set my incline to 1-2 levels higher than flat with one of their updates. Incredibly frustrating and ifit is predatory and nowhere near what they ask The machine is great. It has some give and so its easier on joints. I have PA and am a large man but running on it has not caused any pain though I'm sure concrete running would. The warranty is also good. I had trouble and they threw parts and a tech at it until it was fixed. If i could give 3.5 stars, I would but since ifit and their updates are that annoying they get the short end. Once again, 5 star machine and warranty. I do in fact recommend it and have. ... show more

  • Nice but not gym quality
Style: Commercial 1750 (New) Color: Black
We have just gotten one of these about a month ago. We are occasional joggers that wanted a way to run indoor and did extensive research to try to get a good treadmill without breaking the bank. I will say that the monthly subscription gives you access to some pretty cool videos and if you get bored of just running it may be the thing for you. The treadmill itself seems ok. It is nice but boy the difference compared to the ones we are used to at the gym. First, at warm up speed at each step the rolling floor slows down. Like it doesn’t have enough power to overcome the added friction on the belt when you put your weight on it. It doesn’t happen at higher speed though. Second, it bounces by quite a bit. At each step you see it go down by at least a quarter inch. Third, for some reason the screen is really low. I am 6.2 and it kind of is at my belly height. It’s fine if you incline all the way up but just feels it could have been placed higher. Also the fan basically blows at your belt line. I know really good treadmills are in the $5-7k so i guess i shouldn’t complain. It’s just that i read so many raving reviews that i expected better. It is easy to use. The buttons work well, good sound and easy touch screen. The Amazon pro assembly was flawless. Def recommend it because this thing is heavy. ... show more

  • High-quality Treadmill
Style: Commercial 1750 (New) Color: Black
This is the second Nordic track 1750 I have owned (previous one we sold due to a move across country). Both have been amazing. Great treadmill, zero issues. The treadmill provides a very smooth run. Setup: I was able to setup by myself in about 2 hours without issue. Good instructions, very simple. Use: My family uses the treadmill everyday. We have never had any issue. I weigh over 220lbs and no issues with the deck (In years past, I owned a different brand treadmill and the deck cracked multiple times). Additionally, no issues with the belt. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a treadmill. ... show more

  • Initial review - So far, so good!
Style: Commercial 1750 (New) Color: Black
Initial review - I'll give a 6 month update later. Delivery - no issues, a contracted delivery service dropped off the treadmill ahead of schedule. Weight - it's pretty heavy with all the parts in the box... treadmill base, arms, monitor, packing material, wooden supports on the inside of the box. We used a couple of furniture dollies to move it around to where we wanted to start the assembly. I recommend unpacking it close to where you want to use it. Once all the parts are out of the box, the actual treadmill base is still heavy but manageable with two people. My wife and I are 53 and not in the best shape but we were able to mange moving it to it's Permanente location. Assembly - Easy with two people, there are 4 bolts per arm for the uprights, feeding the power connecting cable for the monitor was a breeze with the pull wire already in place and ready to go. Keep the bolts somewhat loose as this help when attaching the monitor base. There are a couple more screws to attach the U-shaped control section which holds the monitor, very easy to do, again, with two people. All the tools are supplied so you do not need anything else to put the treadmill together. I would suggest a wrench and socket to speed things along. A couple of panel covers and it's almost complete. There is a shock which holds up the treadmill if you need to make use of the space it provides. Use - My wife is on her 3rd walk/hike in the Grand Canyon series and is enjoying it so far. The monitor is easy to setup and use/connect to WiFi. I-fit has a lot to offer from the browsing we did during the setup. The plan is of today - Memorial Day Sale - is $20 a month if you purchase for tow years. I'm sure they will offer sales in the future. Build quality - It's a sturdy as any commercial gym treadmill I've ever been on, and it's pretty quite. The -3 to +12 degree adjustments are nice as well. On the Grand Canyon hikes the treadmill automatically adjusts based on the terrain. All in all... it's been a positive experience. I'll post a 6 month update when we get there. Frank ... show more
