  • Amazing Treadmill
Style: Commercial 1250 Treadmill (2023 Model) Color: Black
I am thoroughly impressed with this treadmill. The setup process was a simple and easy and I was able to assemble it all by myself within a couple of hours. The instructions were clear and concise, and all the necessary tools were provided with the treadmill. As an avid runner. currently training for a marathon, I can confidently say that this treadmill has all of the features needed for a great workout. The functionality is top-notch, with a variety of programs to choose from, and the ability to adjust the speed and incline with ease. The display is also large and easy to read, which is great when you're in the middle of a strenuous workout. One of the most important aspects for me is the durability and sturdiness of the treadmill. This treadmill is built to last. The construction is solid and I have not experienced any wobbling or shaking, even when running at a high speed. The cushioning system also helps to reduce the impact on my joints, making it more comfortable for me to run longer distances. Overall, I highly recommend NordicTrack (and this treadmill in particular) to anyone who is looking for a high-quality, durable, and functional piece of exercise equipment. It has already exceeded my expectations and will be a game-changer in my training regime. ... show more

  • An Exceptional Investment for Fitness Enthusiasts
Style: Commercial 1250 Treadmill (2023 Model) Color: Black
The Nordictrack Commercial 1250 Treadmill is a remarkable piece of fitness equipment that combines ease of assembly, innovative IFIT features, and a comfortable screen size. This review will delve into these key aspects and highlight more notable features that make it a standout choice for fitness enthusiasts. Assembly Experience: One of the standout aspects of the Nordictrack Commercial 1250 Treadmill is its ease of assembly. The provided instructions are clear and comprehensive, making the process straightforward. However, it is worth noting that due to its sturdiness and size, having a second person to assist with the assembly is highly recommended. Also, when using BILT (the app for assembly instructions), you could follow the instructions for ‘Commercial 1750 (NTL14122.9)’, which is an almost identical assembly. This is because Nordictrack hasn’t included yet the Commercial 1250, which is a newer model in the BILT app. Impressive IFIT Features: The inclusion of IFIT features truly sets the Nordictrack Commercial 1250 Treadmill apart from its competitors. The user-friendly interface and vast array of workout programs allow users to experience a variety of exhilarating and challenging fitness routines. Additionally, the ability to access interactive workouts and personalized training sessions through IFIT subscriptions adds tremendous value to this treadmill. Comfortable Screen Size: Equipped with a generous screen size, the Nordictrack Commercial 1250 Treadmill provides an immersive experience. The screen creates an engaging atmosphere that motivates users to push themselves further, enhancing the overall fitness journey. Additional Key Features: 1. Exceptional Build Quality: The Nordictrack Commercial 1250 Treadmill boasts a sturdy and durable construction, guaranteeing long-lasting performance even under intense workouts. 2. Ample Running Space: With its spacious running deck, users have the freedom to stride confidently, making each workout comfortable and accommodating. 3. Powerful Motor: The treadmill is equipped with a powerful motor that delivers smooth and consistent performance, allowing for seamless transition between speeds and inclines. 4. Interactive Personal Training: The Nordictrack Commercial 1250 Treadmill offers interactive personal training sessions led by professional trainers, making it feel like having a personal coach right at home. 5. Space-Saving Design: Despite its robust build, this treadmill features a space-saving design that can be easily folded when not in use. ... show more

  • Solid treadmill, not worth the premium price unless you want to pay $40+ per month in sub costs
Style: Commercial 1250 Treadmill (2023 Model) Color: Black
The treadmill itself is solidly made, and not all that difficult to assemble. There were a few issues that seemed to have worked themselves out with updates to the iFit software (sudden slowing down during slower walks was the primary symptom for me, and no amount of fiddling with the platform belt or drive belt helped it until the software update occurred). When I first purchased this treadmill, I also got the recurring iFit subscription as well, which at $15.99 was a pretty decent value. I used it religiously, and really enjoyed it. I started spending much more time outdoors on hikes and walks, and used the treadmill less and less as I transitioned to more outdoor exercise, but I kept it knowing that I would most likely used it when it was too hot to hike in the desert sun. So I come back, re-up my sub, and lo and behold, the sub does nothing for my machine. All the workouts I had enjoyed previously with my $15 sub are locked out, with a nice little message telling me to upgrade to "Pro" at $40 per month. More than twice the previous cost. From what I can tell, you dont get anything different for $40 than you used to get for $15, so now this treadmill is now basically just another run of the mill product. It is a shame that this company decided to pull a bait and switch money grab, which is a scam. For that kind of money you can get a premium gym membership with some nice amenities. For the old price, this product was worth the price of admission (the $1,600+ cost of the item) along with the on-going subscription price. With the new monthly pricing model, it is not worth the cost, unless you have that kind of money to throw around for what is ultimately mediocre content that tries and fails to compete with Peloton. This is beginner Youtuber quality at Peloton live personal trainer prices. Decided it was time to update this review from it's previous 5-star to the now appropriate 1.5-stars. Here is my original review: This thing is very solid, great length for someone with a long stride, comfortable to run/walk/hike on, and the screen is great. I was able to put it together by myself, though I do not recommend that, there were two places where having another person would have made it much easier. The iFit app is what takes a really good treadmill, with a good screen, great controls, and responsiveness and ties it all together to make for an amazing exercise experience. I literally can’t get enough of this piece of equipment, and until I started using it, I absolutely hated using a treadmill, as I found it very boring. That is not the case with this treadmill, at least with the iFit subscription. I would also recommend getting the subscription here on Amazon, as opposed to the iFit website, unless you want a family subscription for $39 per month. Getting the solo subscription, which I couldn’t find on the iFit website is only $15 a month. I nearly didn’t buy the treadmill due thinking that I had no choice but to get the family subscription, which seemed excessive to me as a single man, whose children are grown and out of the house. ... show more

  • Commercial Machine for home
Style: Commercial 1250 Treadmill (2023 Model) Color: Black
I bought this to do incline walking. I'm not a runner so I didn't need the more expensive 1750. I've had the machine set up for about 2 weeks now and it's fantastic. A nice bounce to walk on. Super sturdy. A very smooth flow to the belt. Pretty close to a professional gym machine I normally use. The packaging is HEAVY (as is the machine). I carried it upstairs and that was a bear of a job. It definitely takes two people to assemble and figure about 1h or time to do it. While it's really easily foldable, it doesn't get super compact. None of these things detract from what counts for me: a pro-sumer machine that's near commercial gym quality. Easy to use. Smooth. More than what I hoped for at this price point. ... show more

  • The NordicTrack 1250 with IFIT was just what I was looking for as a walking treadmill.
Style: Commercial 1250 Treadmill (2023 Model) Color: Black
The NordicTrack 1250 was delivered and placed into my living room. I was able to move it to our basement in pieces and needed very little help setting it up. I am 63 years old and was wanting a treadmill at home to use so I did not have to spend time traveling to a gym or be outside to walk in very cold or hot weather. The IFIT program has been of great benefit and I have used this feature with different trainers for about 4 weeks now. I have not been disappointed in any of the walking programs provided. I very much like the IFIT feature that learns your training habits and adjusts workouts to your level of training. The walking workouts are much more realistic with the automatic adjustment in the incline or decline. I am very glad this treadmill has the decline option. I wasn't planning on doing much jogging but have boosted up my training level this week and have actually jogged with a couple of the IFIT trainers. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and have not been bored with the programs available in IFIT. My wife has even used this machine a few times when she did not make it to the gym. She has been pleased with all of the options this treadmill offers. This machine is quiet and I do not have any problem watching tv or hearing trainers or the music provided with the workouts. The treadmill walking is easier on my knee and ankle joints than compared to the hard streets or sidewalks. So Far, I am very happy with this purchase. ... show more

  • Solidly built, good investment. Worse experience after software update. Solidly built, good investment. Worse experience after software update.
Style: Commercial 1250 Treadmill (2023 Model) Color: Black
*** Update*** About a year and a half in, I still like my machine, but I, as many others judging from what I've read online, have encountered a degraded customer experience after a highly touted software update. My machine was unresponsive until I figured out how to factory reset it. Now, I usually have to unplug/plug back in, and re-add my machine back to my account with every use. I can't even access manual mode without a logging in. It's a pain, and obviously an unintended side effect of the software upgrade (that came with a price hike). I really hope they can retroactively fix this as it has become a pain just to use my machine. Edited from 5 to 3 stars. *** I'm 6 months in on my NordicTrack 1250, and I'm still impressed with it. I subscribe to iFit, and I find it to be more effective in helping me be consistent than without it. There are a wide variety of workouts and coaches, so it's easy to find something to engage you. Ifit does a good job in shooting beautiful locations, which helps take some of the monotony out of treadmill running. Installation most definitely took two people. It wasn't super difficult, but there is a bit where you have to hold up the treadmill ramp while the other person attaches it to the stand part. The treadmill itself is solidly built, and I've had no issues with it to date. It didn't fire up initially when I first plugged it in, but after a moment of panic, I quickly troubleshot it, and I was literally up and running. You can do manual workout mode, which functions like a traditional treadmill, but I never do that. Why bother when you can have a coach, pretty scenery, and a program that automatically adjusts for speed and incline. The workouts default to a smart adjust feature, which will adjust your remaining workout based on if you manually speed up or down. It also has an option to play music, and offers about a dozen stations. They function like radio stations, so no skipping sings. There an option to connect bluetooth devices, but that has only worked once for me. It won't even see my watch to attempt to pair. Workouts are not just limited to walking and running. There are plenty of combination exercises, e.g., one trainer had us doing monster walk lunges on the treadmill (that was a new one for me). I find the treadmill does compensate for downward motion, making it easier on the joints (though less like road conditions). Noise level is on par with other treadmills I've used. Being solidly built, it is heavy. It does fold, and has hydraulic lifts to hold it up and to ease it back down (so it doesn't slam). It's easy and safe to use; my entire family uses it (ages 11 and up). Overall, I'm glad I invested in this particular treadmill and thus far have no regrets. It was an investment, but given all my family members use it, I feel it is a good value. I appreciated the option to break the purchase up into 5 interest-free payments. ... show more
