I’ve been using this for years and keep coming back to it. The quality is consistently good, and it’s one of the few omega supplements I’ve stuck with long term. The lemon flavor helps a lot—no strong fishy taste, and I don’t get that aftertaste that some others have. The soft gels are easy enough to take, and I’ve never had issues with them. It’s one of those products I don’t really think about anymore because it just works and is part of my routine. No fish smell, taste, or burps (if you we're concerned about that). The pills are HUGE which can be a little intimidating, but the pill has yet to become stuck. I forgot that I live in a desert and need to be mindful of the temperature when ordering supplements/food. I returned home and the pills were stuck together; I let them cool, shook the bottle, and they unhugged.

In my opinion, these are the best omega-3s on the market. I sincerely believe using these were a key component of lowering my triglycerides, LDL, and to a small degree my blood pressure as well. Besides having excellent quality control, this company is a customer-first company. I ordered the 90 count bottle, but they were out, so they sent me a 120-count bottle at no extra charge. Top notch service. Highest recommendation from me.
