Worked after we tried everything else! Vet thought it was allergies and we had tried Apoquel, Cytopoint and even VARL immunotherapy with no results. It turns out it was yeast overgrowth and this product wasn't too strong smelling so he didn't mind it. I found it easier to deeply soak cotton rounds in the product instead of spraying, but basically you want to make sure it's getting to the skin must be clean to absorb the product. Wash dog at least once a week with an anti fungal shampoo and make sure they get dry before the curl up and sleep. ... show more

Easier for my cat if applied to scratched up areas, sprayed on cotton balls or soaked into a corner of cloth to wash and apply. If he hears the sprayer he's outta there! Followed by Silverquine or the like and a soft collar or he'll "groom" it all off.

Wow, This has helped my Doberman with annual environmental allergies significantly. The only downside to this is if your pooch is real sensitive to scents this might make it difficult because this stuff has a specific ripeness to it (obvi the chlorhexidine) so be sure to watch your fur baby after putting this on to ensure they don’t just lick it right off. It has helped her tremendously with her red itchy inflamed skin. She feels much better thanks to this stuff! I definitely recommend getting this spray with their wipes for added coverage. i’ve brought this spray before from a pet store but found it cheaper on amazon. it is a good product but i received it damaged, without the spray top.
