The design of the rug was on point. It’s a thin rug, so if you’re looking for something thick and plush, this is not it. I was very disappointed to open the box and see my rug look like this. I think that’s pretty poor customer service. I have ordered three rugs in the past two months and my other two came rolled nicely and in packaging so they roll out nice and flat without any wrinkles. We ordered the 10x14 rug and though it looks beautiful, it came folded not rolled. 3 weeks later and it still will not lay flat. Contacted Superior/Home City Inc and a reply from Sr. Customer Service Rep stated that this is the way the rugs come because of the backing, she had experienced the same issue with a smaller rug herself and recomended I try commercial rug adhesive between the rug and the floor as an option. I think not. Disappointed because our entire redecorated living room focused around this +$300 rug and asking for a replacement will result in the same folded rug. ... show more

This rug is really pretty, and I do like it. I've only used it for about a month so I can't speak to it's long-term use. But the one annoying thing about it is that it came folded and I simply cannot get those fold marks to smooth out no matter what I try.
